Hi Team,
I noticed that often, even when IPv6 is disabled in the Z8 Android’s Settings, if I use Google Chrome on the Z8 and go to http://ipv6-test.com (and other websites to check IPv6 status) , I can see that IPv6 is still enabled on the device.
If I enable manually « IPv6 » setting in Android Settings and disable it again a few seconds later, then the IPv6 gets really disabled... but a few hours later (or after rebooting the box), the Z8 is getting an IPv6 again.
Is this a known issue ?
For your information, I tested this on 4 different Z8 (friends and family) with different internet providers and they all have that issue.
The only « workaround » is to disable IPv6 directly on the router settings, but some internet providers doesn’t allow to do it on their routers. And in this case, being able to disable IPv6 on the Formuler Z8 becomes really usefull.
Thanks.
