I have m3u file from provider but I dont have a EPG list. Do I need to install the EPG list or can I put a html link somewhere?
I am totally new in this subject so if anyone can explain me how it works, tnx.

What about the EPG if we put a m3u file (not URL !) directly on a USB stick ?

I achieved to get the EPG on the URL file saved on a USB.
I "adjusted" the XML address (taking the basic URL) as explained in the Thread and got it work !
"....Just change following bold positions with included from your existing M3U URL: "http://provider.com/xmltv.php?username=11111&password=22222"..."

-> Yes it works, it's the case for me : EPG from one source, IPTV from another source but the script of the channels Id's must be correct in your m3u file otherwise it won't work.

Use link not file otherwise the EPG will not be up to update.
