Z8 : connection problem

Hello

I have a Z8 and everything was ok for many months.

Since 2-3 weeks : error : your account is blocked or expired. Code 7

I have contacted my seller . He send me the webpage of his server with my MAC address. Number ok.

He send me a code for xciptv. : portal, name and password. no connection. Login failed. I have check but all informations are ok.

I put the informations in mtvo2 : no connection also.

I have reset my box connection.

Reset my Z8.

Change my vpn connection.

What can I do ?

Does youtube video works when VPN is up and connected?

What do you mean with "reset my Z8", what did you do exactly?

I don’t try YouTube. I will try tonight.

I have reset everything.
box to change my ip

Vpn and try with other countries

Z8 : restart many times.
also a reset with factory configuration.

Youtube is just to make sure vpn works and has proper bandwidth etc...

If your provider says your account is ok. Internet is working 100% and all that with factory default settings... I can't think of something todo on the Z8...

The error message is quite clear... I think the provider should recheck, and confirm if/why your connection is refused at their service...

YouTube is ok on the tv. I have download YouTube application on the Z8 and I have videos.

What happens if you open the URL in the browser (firefox or chrome) on Z8?

Show the provider the error you get and ask the provider to check their logs, they should confirm your connection does not result in errors.

Hello

I have tried many things with no results :

- I can see video on YouTube

- I can download app from google store

i have restart my Z8.

I have try a new seller for iptv. Mytv online2 answer the same problem.

I have try with a code in Atlas Pro.
Server problem.

I am using a vpn (CyberGhost) so I try to putt off but same result.
i look the dns of the Z8 and put google dns .

I think that my problem is to connect a server . Is it possible than my web provider block my connection ( it Orange in France my provider )

Are you already on the latest Z8 offical version (not beta!)?

If your VPN provider has its own DNS you should always use that.

If your VPN provider has no DNS then I would never recommend to use google.

I would recommend OpenDNS, but there are many.

However, if even switching to another iptv provider does not change the "code 7" I would start considering doing a reset via:

Home screen > Settings > Storage and recovery > Factory settings

my vpn is cyberghost. I don t know if they have dns ?

nothing was working.
so I have reset my internet box and reset factory the Z8.

My iptv seller send me a new server address in M3u playlist : I have an image 👍

So I put my vpn .
it s ok.

I only have a problem with the epg.
do you know how I can put Epg ?

Does your provider have/support EPG? And/or do they have a seperate URL for that?

If they have a seperate URL you can put it in: MOL2 > Menu > Connections > Edit > Playlist XMLTV EPG URL (optional)

If the provider does not have and/or support EPG there are seperate EPG providers out there.
