For Z prime is firmware 2.8.92 and Mytvonline 1.9.94 latest and should be updated first. Update app is shown as 2.1.5.

Depends which firmware you have now. Just install all until you reach latest firmware.
Post a photo of your TV screen after you open the Software Update app.
Thanks for your help. The issue resided in my fiber provider, my ip numbers were exceeded.
Now Im trying to solve EPG problem, I dont get any information in the channel about whats coming next

there is only one mode Normal inunder HLS Start Mode -- its changed to fast but still dont get any information
What are you using exactly for connect with your provider, registered MAC /ID Stalker portal, XC Api with login portal or m3u playlist?
