After last update i can`t log in to opensubtitles.org in Mytvonline 2
It worked before last update now i get:
”Error while signing in. Check username and password or try again later. (-1)”
I can log in with my account details on the website.
Any idea what the problem can be?
Please tell me how you use opensubtitle in mytvonlie im log in...and what is next ?

You may have to go to open subtitles website and relog in.
When you start the movie you use arrow down on your remote and choose subtitle. There you get the option to search for subtitle online.
If i go down i have settings and then subtitle...auto or off
and i realy don't know how to add subtitles ?

Not possible. Only subtitles from provider side (if available depending on stream)

Forgive me if I’m incorrect. Does Norwegian subtitles come under “Norsk” in the open subtitles list….
go to open subtitles option in MTOL and select preferred languages, you’ll find a list of countries in there, enable your preferred.

100% sure I am using the right credentials (User ID and Password). If I try to create a new account via MYTVOnline2 I get the same error message as when I try to log on. Also tried to make a new account on the web - same result when I try to connect.

401 error means there is an issue with your log-in credentials. Sign up here: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/subs and log in MyTVonline using the same credentials.

Through Formuler support I got a solution, and this worked for me (it is referred to settings on the home menu of the Formuler box):
Please try to clear the MYTVOnline2 cache in Settings > Apps > MYTVOnline2.
