I have problem with VOD. If my box has been in standby, it can not load vod data, and there is an error message that it could not load vod. Then I have to reboot and then it works for some day again. Anyone else have the same problem or a solution?

Which connection method do you use to connect to the provider?

I'm not good at this and am not sure if I understand your question. But I have only entered a adress in the URL portal. That i got from my provider. No extra adress ore something for vod (IF you can have a seperat adress for that) only one adress.

Do I still use my mac/Id from the Z8 to the provider?
Can i still use mytv-online2 app?
Is it the same portal adress from provider if i use xc api, as I got with stalker?

#1 Open MyTVONLINE2
#2 After MyTV is open --> PRESS the MENU button on the remote
#3 That should leave you with a side pane of options --> Scroll down to Connections and hit OK
The content cannot be displayed because it is no longer available. #4 After you enter connections - you will have 2 options
But the one you need is "ADD PORTAL"

#6 Use the URL info you have to help fill in the BLANKS...(NOTE: use the portion of the URL up until the ":#'s" Example: https://.blah.io:7776)
#7 When you get to the point of the URL that looks like the picture below (STOP)
#8 If the URL has more than the picture below and it has a portion in it that says "User=88888888888&pass=555555555" then great lets go to
#9 Press arrow down on the remote and Click the login required box to place a check mark
#10 Input the user name you see in your URL such as 888888888 and the password such as 5555555555 & click CONNECT

If this works...everything I just said is basically the same as the Post Mevi has above.

I got a M3U-playlist and added that. Now it seems to work and a new portal has been created with username and password. My vod-movies also work so far. Thank you so much for all the help.

This occurs each time I switch on the Z8. Have to reboot the box to fix the issue.
Connection : Mac/Id (Stalker)
Power mode : Standby
The problem is not reproduced while connected with XC/Api (same sub).
Has the issue been reported already ?

Formuler recommends using xc api connection on their boxes.
