    I have been using Formuler Z8 about a year. I never had any problems with the Formuler Z8. I have been waiting for new Formuler box but when i bought it on 27th November i have been experiencing problems with :

    1. Seed4me VPN (2.08) app. i have an account l log in ( about every 10 second i get Disconnected Automaticly when i choose country for connection ( every country ) . even when the location permission is on still get disconnected. i have restored the box and installed first seed4me but still get disconnected. because i couldn't use seed4me properly i installed Nord VPN the last version i cannot connect even when i changed some settings VPN protocol OpenVPN(TCP) when i do that i can connect only once the second time i can't get connected.

    2. Teamviewer QuickSupport last version. when i open it i can't remote it from the pc (only file transfer and look at the screen ) when i open the app i get popup(add-on available This device supports our Remote Control feature. In order to use this feature, please download our free Add-On. Cancel or Download. when i click Download i get New Window with THIS IS NO STAND-ALONE APP Please do not download this app by itself. On supported devices, this add-on will be available through other apps automatically. under this text i see ( Your device isn't compatible with this version.

    3. Total Commander. when i want to transfer a file from Formuler GTV to Usb i get popup with Write error. Error writing to target file!

    4. Google Play Store. i can not find some apps that i'm looking for when i was using Formuler Z8 i could find them.

    When i was using Formuler Z8 i never got these 4 problems when i got the New Formuler GTV becouse is faster and newer i never thought that i will get any problems. but seems like the new Formuler GTV gives more problems with the apps.

    Do you experience very poor speed on gtv, my buffer very much, both with vpn and without, and i have super fast Internet connection but if I connect to my Z8 box there is no buffering at all

    Hi Dimse,

    I don't have buffer or slow internet problem on the Formuler GTV, only the above problems. With the Formuler Z8 everything was working fine. Wich VPN you using.

    1. Contact the Seed4me VPN app developer for support

    2. Remote control isn't supported (yet)

    3. Check app permissions or try a different file manager (File Commander)

    4. GTV runs ANDROID TV OS and the Play Store only contains apps that are optimized for Android TV OS. Contact the app developers for the missing apps and ask them why the apps are not in the Android TV Play Store.

    Unsolicited PMs for support will be ignored.

    Duplicate support requests to the forums and helpdesk will be ignored.

    If you don't mind me hopping on to this post. Problems with GTV.

    I find that MyTVOnline sometimes looses audio suddenly without warning. I change the channel and then back and sound is there again.

    For the most part, I find the GTV a real good box. Its fast and the video is outstanding on my 4K TV.

    I also think a good manual on how to setup the box from the time you first turn it on would be valuable for the average user. The manual they provide in the box says get a a/v specialist to install.

    Provide a description or diagram of your A/V setup. Do you use an AV Receiver or soundbar? or is the GTV connected directly to your TV?

    Provide the Audio codec details of the channel when you lose audio.

    Provide the Android System Sound settings you are using (photo). Android Settings > Device Preferences > Sound > Digital Audio Format menu

    Please post a photo of the manual that "they" provided that says "get a a/v specialist to install"

    I just got my GTV last week and after lots of playing around with it I’ve found 2 of these problems also.

    I read a fix for the video jitter on another thread here that worked quite well for me as a fix. In the main settings of the GTV change the resolution to 1080p 50hz - this has really helped for me.

    The other issue I’ve had for the last 2 nights Is the buffering! I’ve a hard wired connection going into the GTV with a usual connection of about 700 - 800mb down but tonight it wasn’t great with download speeds down to about 40-70mb and I found that video buffered a lot until I reduced the quality down to 720p

    Hopefully this might be a software bug?
