I have the problem that the BT1 remote control does not respond to anything after a while (1 hour). Also, the GTV cannot be switched off and restarted with the RC. Even if the GTV was off, after a while it cannot be switched on with the RC. I can only plug in the power supply plug again.
Remote control BT1 no longer reacts after a certain time.

I too have noticed this issue however for me it normally happens when the box has been in standby overnight.
Come to use it the next day and it doesn’t respond so have to power off the GTV and power back on to get it working.
Quite frustrating.

I’m having issues as well, I have my GTV hidden behind my TV and now remote randomly not responding. Have to get up close to GTV with remote, unpair, repair, then it works again. Happened last two days.

Could be not just a problem with the rcu and device . it could be an defect of IR rec . so need to try with another rcu and then ask to reseller

Having same issues..lagging. Wondering if we should do a reset and than setup GTV over again.
It might take the updates after a reset and reboot.
Maybe Sam can assist 🤔...hope the Formuler Myonline and Remote Apps are still there after reset.

Maybe Sam can assist 🤔...hope the Formuler Myonline and Remote Apps are still there after reset.You are posting all day in several different threads about your problem with the RCU + start with conversation. Why not do detailed description in one post and wait for reply?
1. First when you post such issues, post also the current Firmware and Mol2 version + the version from your installed Formuler Remote App.
2. Did you read the complete RCU instructions to know your RCU, the different Led flashing etc. ? -> BT1 set up instruction
3. Formuler Remote App 1.1.9 is currently down and will come back soon, like answered in other thread.
4. You say about some lagging with your RCU but do not say in which Mode. TV Mode (Red led), IR Mode (Orange led) or BT Mode (White led)?
5. Is Remote Extender connected for IR Signals or not. Did you try with and without? Did you check the box on other TV in different room to test if something interrupt the IR Signal?
6. The poor picture quality you speak about -> Change from HDR-> SDR and check also your TV settings and resolution from box. Different Color Space Settings can help also in this case.

I have setup my remote correctly and get the white light when I press but the GTV takes a minute or 2 for respond. Once it does than it works.
Picture quality....Have highest 4k 60hz set.
Best resolution turned off.
Hdr to sdr off.
SDR TO HDR ON.
any other recommendations.

Should fix the orange skin.

I will be testing it again with new Battery.

Hi Sam I replaced the remote with My own new set of batteries and remote issue seems to be fixed. I Changed HDR to SDR on and SDR to HDR is off. Colour space is YCbCr420. Auto Switch for best resolution is off.
Color depth setting is ON. Will do some testing and get back to u.
