Once you have your box setup and working including apps, backup to USB stick on USB 3 port, then if you have a problem in the future you can use it to restore settings and apps. Saves a pile of time reinstalling

the channel freeze and it sometimes stops, as if there was not enough internet speed when I have 400 mpbs.

I put a static ip address nothing has changed.

the three bars at the top right are extinguished.

Try what Sam says mate and if still the same ask your provider can you try a vpn for 5 minutes i get this on 2 of my providers buffers all the time until I turn on vpn.

Yes, the green screen could be problem with your Cable, HDMI port from TV or even some codec from the app, nobody can tell you that exactly.

The buffering issue might be caused by IPTV service quality or network condition.
Please check if you have the same issue with other IPTV services.
Poor quality like freezing is mostly depended on a service provider side.

probably the sources your provider uses mate my USA channels are always louder than my UK ones I believe there is 3rd party equalising apps on Google play but they will only do so much.

Don't install it!!!I have many Formuler boxes with connecting stucks at 10% problem.

On Z8 pro since update:

I have a Z Alpha, since March 11 update, any series with more than 14 episodes, hit 15 or over and resets the mytv2. Every series.

I noticed a line on the explanation of the update - IMP: Improved Episode display order? could that be where the problem is?

If any advice appreciated, tried resetting the box, clearing cache usual.

Is there anywhere you can download an older version of the software, temporarily if I can´t find a fix?

Yes, the Mytvonline2 - gives you an ápps has stopped´message, basically crashes it, then you need to go back in. All of the series with more than 15 epiosdes on VOD were working before the update.

Re - the last software, understood. Seems like there´s not much I can do at the moment? I know the issue is not with the service provider, as no issues on another model box.

I get the message below, on everything from Episode 15 onwards. Then the screen goes black, exit to home, reload app.

There was a line in the software update March 11 - 7.11.1 IPTV software.

IMP: Improved Episode display order - wondering if this is where a bug could be hiding as could be in the relevant section? Guessing - not a programmer!

I had previously uninstalled the app, re-installed it and also factory reset the box.

Thank you so much for the updates. Box has been working great.

The Special Character issue is resolved for me.

I still have same issue.

I installed new software - my VOD - mytvonline reset/app stopped issue still exists on series with anything episode 15 upwards causing the crash. I tried this on a factory-fresh box. NEW?
