Have you try another provider or another line from your provider for example m3u or so..
Seems like that your provider havent the mac in the system...
remove /c from the end of the URL
Also if you are connected to VPN, turn off it

Hey guys, so I am very familiar with this error and this really is not necessarily a Formuler issue. What happened was the provider switched their platform to a new one that is taking up more and more marketshare, is faster, more secure, and superior called XUI. When they changed from that legacy panel to the new one it has been known to cause those issues depending on the settings they have enabled, you guys need to contact your provider and have them test as well, make sure they enable Legacy URL and Legacy Authentication on the service's panel settings (They should know the section).
Everything should work if they make the right settings on their end.

I have the Z10 Pro max and I have to say it's a beautiful piece of kit or at least it was when it worked as it should.
I have been using iptv via mytvonline2 and it worked like a drive however from last week it has stopped working. My provider for TV is actually a close friend of mine so we have tried numerous things resetting the line from his end etc but yet I still cannot use this.
I have uninstaled the app reinstalled it, removed the portal then re added the portal, I have also reset the box via settings and also by doing a hard reset to factory settings through the button in the IR inlet, changed from dchp to static I have literally tried everything but yet mytvonline2 is stuck on 10 percent.
I have been trying hard to sort this for 2 days now and honestly feel like hitting my head off a wall.
I would really appreciate if someone could help me who knows how to resolve thank you.
Usually it is network failure when box stops at 10%
Could be ISP blocking.
1st test:
Turn on your mobile phone wifi hotspot. Connect your Formuler to the mobile hotspot (mobile data charges apply). Test the portal.
If it works, your ISP is blocking you.
2nd test:
Install a VPN on your Formuler device. You can try ExpressVPN for free for 30-days when you sign up using your Formuler device.
Turn on the VPN. Test the portal.
If it works, your ISP is blocking you.

I have tried both of the above but I still have the same problem. All other applications work and connect to the Internet. I also have a separate box which works fine.just to be 100 percent sure I also got a trial iptv from another provider but this also didn't work.
Im really not sure what to do

Android Settings > Device Preferences > scroll to the bottom > Factory reset

Tried to do that also, I really don't know what to do anymore I might return the box and change it, such a shame though as it is an amazing piece of kit
1. Please let me know what are you exactly using to connect with the provider?
What are you using exactly for connect with your provider, registered MAC /ID Stalker portal, XC Api with login portal or m3u playlist?

Because Code 7 tells us only that the url is wrong or not ok any more, the full internet is not established yet or account is blocked or expired.
From portal side could sub. refresh help.
2. You say factory reset was done, successfully with new setup from beginning on the box?
3. Did you tested some other Provider and they 24h trial sub.?
Could also help: Set static ip and change DNS server to cloudflare on the box, test again.

I have the same issue. brand new Z8 trying to add new portal url and is stuck on 10%.
Have you tried to restart the router ?
