since the last update the formuler Z+ switches off or resets when changing channels! will it be possible to help? I have a lot of customers to complain, thanks

Hi,
Do you mean a black screen appears intermittently when changing channels?
If so, please check if the AFR option is enabled, a short black screen can be shown due to the frame rate adjustment by this option.
Go to Mytvonline 2 > Menu > Settings > look for AFR option. -

In case of black screen try:
1. use a different HDMI cable or TV
2. change to connect your device to another TV HDMI port
3. Press and hold the resolution button for 5 seconds on your Formuler remote
Display setting will be set automatically with "HDMI auto adaptation option enabled" message.
Troubleshoot "No Signal" or "Invalid Signal" or "HDCP 2.2 error" on TV (adjust resolution)
In case of going back to the main menu try:
1. data delete
Home > setting > android setting > apps > Mytvonline2 > data delete & cache delete
2. factory reset
Home > setting > factory reset

is not the black screen, if you zapping between the channels just in boxes with mytv online 1 , it goes to dashboard

Yes the issue still occurs in the Z+. Its being happening since the last update the HOTFIX 2.0.10 (I believe, not sure exact number but it is the lastest for sure).
The behaviour is exactly the same as the other user suggests in the streamable links:

Try to uninstall and reinstall. If not, Factory reset using USB.

If you would like to test the BETA, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the Software Update app
- Press 0227 on the remote
- Download and install the available BETA software
- Test the issue again and let us know the result.

it may not be free of issues, but the preliminary tests were very promising, as I was unable to reproduce the reported bug, using the beta update.
