this update has broken my ability to connect with my IPTV provider. It was working fine, updated then no connection.

No other changes happened. Used STBEMU on the same box with the same MAC and I can connect. I can no longer use myTVonline, which is the entire reason why I bought a formuler box.

When I try to connect, it says my provider is expired or blocked, but it clearly isnt as I've spoken to my provider and tried via STBEMU and it works.

Cog.Wheel-> Android-> Apps -> Mytvonline -> Storage -> Clear Cache and reboot the box once, try again. If connection to provider fails, close MOL1 few times until you establish successful connection.

The above solution doe'nt work on a device that is brand new out of the box as there is no cache built up as the device cannot connect anywhere. Is there a way to go back to the previous version. Doing a factory reset also does'nt solve the issue as mytvonline wants to update.

I have tried this on both Z7+ 5g and on z alpha

here same problem..I had the problems when I updated 2 box Z7 + I lost the connection on Mytvonline. I tested 2 different providers and none worked. After 1 hour +/- everything waine. Today I received information about this error on Z +, the update was made and mytvonline stopped working. Many people are talking about this problem being general, but no one from FORMULER communicates. Can I know what's going on ???

Hello !! snice last update my RCU does not work any more !!!! only by keyborad and mouse...

so i switch to VPN other country then Portugal and it work again !!!

What is going on ??? !!!

I’m having the same issues it forced me to update mytv online and now it doesn’t load up and image from my portals on any channel, can this be rectified ASAP please with an update fix

Hi Sam, I have it updated to the latest hotfix 2.0.3 but it’s still hasn’t fixed the problem on my side. It loads up epg and channels and groups but still no image or sound on any channel

I guess you use XC right? Go to App settings -> Mytvonline-> and delete cache first, restart your box and try few times until you get successful connection. Seems the Channel list is not loaded well.

Issue since updating - blocked or expired. Given ID and not working. Provider is not sure why it isnt working and same MAC used for stb app and works. Many people stating the same in this forum will there be a update software in the works...
