Hi I’m still having recording problems even in the new update , the program records there is sound but no picture just a black screen still it’s getting rather annoying now as it has never worked from I got the box

Formuler Boxes uses 3 different protocols (MAC/ID and known as Stalker portal, XC APi Portal (with User and Password) and M3U Playlist).
Please read this article -> How to use MAC/ID portal, Xtreme Codes Api (XC) and M3U Url on Formuler Boxes.

Please try the recommended three steps.
So when I am signing in I have given my supplier my MAC address then sign in with there url
So with the others mentioned in your 3 steps would I have to change something with my supplier?
Or buy a new box

I`m really trying to understand what goes wrong on your side, because the recording on Formuler boxes are really simple.
I told you in post #7 what to do.
Did you try to change the USB device? Tested with other hdd, sd card or other usb flash device?
Important is to format the usb device on PC with NTFS, plug in and reboot the box once so the OS can create needed folders on usb device, after that the recording and local timeshift (if enabled) should work.
Yes I done all you said in #7 tried different usb device formatted how you told me too I rebooted also but unfortunately my box will when playing the recordings back gave just a black screen with sound there is no picture at all I’m sure they are simple but for some unknown reason there is a problem on my box with recordings on mytvonline now I can add other apps onto the box and they record and play the recordings no bother on the same usb device so it must be something with mytvonline software or similar
Yes done box back to factory reset and installed MOL1 again as you instructed above I’ve even tried another hdmi lead in all the different ports as well and it’s just the black screen with the sound no picture at all
