HI
I am using a MAC based portal... i am unable to see TRAILER on the VOD portal
I did check with provider and he mentioned that he is using TMDB api to pull the movie details but for some reason its not showing.. is there a manual or a process that needs to be done on my box or the provider server in order to facilitate this issue ?

My Provider only has stalker ware server... but if there is a way for him to connect via XC api let me know the documentation i can definetly flip it to them

This just connects your device to XC portal or Mac Portal... which i am aware of but doesnt shed the light of what needs to be done on provider's end in order to make sure we can get this show cased (trailer)
