Turn off the Afr first , then this problem is normally related to the network status between your local IP and the service.
Or also could be caused by VPN or other app installed.
so check first your internet

Of course exists AFR and AFR should be activated in such situation, guarantee fluid picture. Problem from thread-starter are maybe activated digital filters on tv. I would check the TV settings and change some digital filter settings.

Turn off AFR and manually change the refresh rate (Hz) of the Z10 using the Android settings menu to match the Hz of the stream that is playing.
Check to see if the issue is solved and report back with your findings.
You can use the Formuler Remote app to map one of your hotkeys to open the "Display Mode" menu to quickly change the refresh rate manually.

How can you easily identify the refresh rate of the stream that is playing in order to match it correctly on the Z10?

Thanks Sam.
Where do I find the following on the Z10:
Settings > Player Options > AFR
I have clicked the settings icon when I am on watching a channel and cannot see player options. I have gone back to the main menu and gone into settings there for Android and cannot see player options.
Is there somewhere else I am missing?
