Change the dns in your Router settings, the box will accept the dns from Router.
-
On the router settings I know, but the router does not allow to change the setting.
-
Get yourself a new router, and ask your provider for all necessary settings for it.
Never use providers router, they are full of crap with locked pages and only cause you problems.
-
I don't think this is a router problem. Here is the z 10 pro max software problem.
Because on other devices I can change the dns address without any problems.

Sorry, I wrote a bad router address, everything is ok.

But changing the dns address does not allow. After writing 1.1.1.1 and saving it shows only google dns 8.8.8.8

I see what you mean. I notice the following:
After selecting static IP and entering all the values for the static IP, and DNS as 1.1.1.1 and second DNS as 1.0.0.1 and exiting the message appears that the settings are saved.
BUT: When you then again go to static IP settings and follow the settings, the DNS values that are being displayed are:
DNS 8.8.8.8 and second DNS as 8.8.4.4
So either the box is displaying incorrect DNS settings or the box is not saving the entered values and substitutes the DNS values with 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 subsequently.
It is very easy to reproduce. Enter static IP values and DNS values different than the default ones, save and go through the same procedure. You will see that the entered DNS values now being displayed are the default ones, NOT the manually entered DNS values.
I remember that I noticed the exact same behavior in my Z8 box a long time ago which was solved in a later update.
This is definitely a bug!
SAM can you please report this to development and have this solved?

Will check this tomorrow on my z10 pro, if i can reproduce it i will send report to formuler.
Strange is, this issue was once reported on GTV, fixed and now appears again on z10 pro max.

Known issue. It is a UI bug. The DNS you entered is saved and being used by the system. It only looks like it wasn't saved due to UI bug.
