The iptvextreme application on my phone opens this 4.2.2 encode 10 bit broadcast. Z10 pro Max does not open 😒, dear Formuler developers please take care of this 🙏

Z8 working fine in another room.

tip: dont use standby functions. after watching, just do a full shutdown. Then u never get this problem again.... a fresh cold boot every 24hrs keeps the z10 working like new

I have always used full shutdown myself. BTW this was also also on a 60fps channel

Z10 Pro Max on 10.10.25
Week ago I've checked for beta and then turned it off. No app updates, no installs, no nothing at that date done. Not sure what off means, as the LED was weak red.
Today I turned it on, however, its stuck in loading. Left it 30m and no change. Tried power off shutdown, etc. It still responds to volume keys, power hold button for shutdown, restart or stand-by.
Why is this happening and what's the solution? If I need to hard reset it, I might loose paid apps, I don't know for sure, but it is a possibility. If that is the case, this box goes back to the seller. Would be too bad as I did not had major issues with it.

you never loose payed apps....how do you become to think of that?
if bought with google account, you login again and get the apps back.
if u bought modded apks, you probably have a backup on a usb stick or computer?
if from the formuler market...you wont loose something.
just get it hard resetted.... and please start over ....its strange, but i think thats the only way for now...its just a couple of minutes work to get back online.

I know (maybe wrong) that SmartIPTV app issues virtual MAC address and I don't know if that is fixed per device or how it generates that. Thanks for your optimism, it worked out at the end.
So, connected an wifi keyboard to it and I started playing. Pressed Win key, google search came up. I thought lets type Home, maybe it opens the home page. Yeah, right, but it showed me an App called home. Installed that and this showed up.
I tried all, did update to beta, enter settings, cleared cache, clear you name it, no, no, no and no. I even went into a test app of Formuler and I have no clue what this says.
For the sake of it, I even found a button to Report errors, so I send some logs. Hope they receive it.
Then I was ready to hard reset and ship it back, but I said lets try this app again and to my surprise, it worked.
If this makes any sense to anyone. Me no happy anyway.

Two separate subjects. Seems the first issue is fixed with factory reset. "Home" app is unrelated to the first issue. It's an app that collects and shows all the apps installed in the device in a consolidated view. You can check all of those apps under Settings > App in the device but I recommend you not to make any changes within as it's a connection via a 3rd party app.

I agree with the fact that the factory reset fixed it, but fixed what problem? Not really heavy user here, not a lot of apps as you can see and it was all of a sudden. Hope it gets better with time, don't you? Thanks for your replies so far, appreciated.

I bought my Formuler Z10 Pro Max three weeks ago. Everything was fine, until a couple of days ago when my channels on Mytvonline2 started to complicate. I have the latest firmware update.
I assume that im not the first has had this problem. But after some scrolling in this forum, i just couldnt solve this problem by my own so im wondering if you guys can help me. The code is "Error code 403", and I have tried to update do the latest Beta version, factory reset, pased the portal link and then i got this message: "your STB is not supported". So what is the real problem?
Would be very thank ful if Simeone could help me with this one.

For both, create XC Api Portal, much better than Stalker MAC/ID and the issue is gone.

The day Formuler implement scheduled update of channel and VOD list for xc api portal like most other apps like Tivi*mate and implay*r, then xc api list is better than Mac/id login...

I asked my provider to create XC Api Portal and I got the same error message 403. I dont know if my provider has to remove the channel list first from tivimate or does that mater? I told him that he has to remove the tivimate first because that one has another MAC adress. But he claims that it doesnt matter. 🤷♂️

I was explained this problem before ,and I even give the developers acces to that specific server,and they told me that for them is working 🤔, so for that specific server the Mytvonline2 doesn't work,it gets the channels but doesn't get the video feed, with other iptv app the server works perfect ,so is clearly from the app.

But its so weird, because the app Mytvonline2 was working 2 weeks with MAC, and now it doesnt work, but works fine with tivimate.

Fact is if you use other protocol, the other url should not be in work (from same subscription). When you start the connection with XC Api but have same active on other connection like stalker MAC/ID or in Tivimate, you should first disconnect the connection with stalker and disconnect also tivimate (the process, not just the app - home button 2x).
Second change your DNS Server on router or box to cloudflare dns and last if all of this not help factory reset or change to other provider.

Guys ,I did that too I removed all and still no go from Mytvonline2 it connects but no video ,i get channels all EPG but no video ,and if I try tivimate or iptvsmarters with the same server in the same formuler works flawless, I contacted the server guys and they told me that they didn't change anything, so is no ban no extension changed and is the same like before, this happen after I did the HotFix update the .25

Okey, my provider tells me that i only need to remove the tivimate app (Stalker connection) and then try to connect with the XC Api. Can you guys confirm this?

yes, first I turn off the device, then I disconnect the power, after the power connection, the device turns on, the screen comes up, after 1 second, the message is turned off and the device goes to sleep, I turn the device on again from the power button

Why are you disconnecting the power? This would be normal operation when power has been disconnected. Leave the power plugged in and it should work fine

When i turn my z8 device off in in the gardenroom and ik start it next time, it starts normal.
But sometimes i also diaconnect power, and then ik get rhe same thing as you have.
Thats normal. So don't turn off the power.
Just use remote to turn on and off device.
If you going away for long time and disconnect power. Then its the only option to when you power on your device to stand by it and psuh on a remote butten to leave it on.

are people still having problems with intermittent http errors on mytvonline2.
I can connect to my provider but it's just a blank screen with an http 401 error.

it needs to be adjustable, or it can be turned on in sleep mode when the first electrical connection of the device is made, then we can turn it on with the power button, I have never actually used any other device that turns off when it turns on, so it seemed strange.
