Firmware hotfix update 10.10.37 for Formuler Z10 Series released

I updated to Firmware version 10.10.37 from Firmware version 10.10.30...

Result: No problem, everything works perfectly

.37 didn't fix the audio issue for me and it's not listed in the changelog. Are you absolutely sure the factory reset resolves this? Just want to avoid having to reconfigure my device for no reason.

Apparently you can update to the latests update 10.10.37,coming from a10.10.30 version (Quote SerGoy),so if you make notes about your present settings,downloaded apps,VPN etc, i dont suspect it will all go lost after a factory reset? You probably wont have to reconfigure your device(Quote MH).

yes I did the update and yes I have the same wifi and sound problems

Yeah, the volume is stuck very low for me too. I suspected a reset wasn't going to help here.

Surely there is a way to flash these machines to a known good image?

Also, I use ethernet over twisted pair so I never checked if the WiFi was broken on 36 but I just checked now and it's not working in 37. Seems 37 does nothing for those experiencing the issues. I bought my only about 3 weeks ago. Are there newer versions with different integrated chips or something?

I carried out other tests and I confirm for the sound of very poor quality especially when the volume is higher.
I do not have the problem concerning the WIFI but the sound yes

I also do not understand why it would be better to use Firmwarevs:10.10.30,lataest update is always the best available!

Hi,Pjuro,it seems that way,as i have not seen reports about other Z-series problems with the update.

I have installed v.36 on August 3 and v.37 on August 9 still facing both Audio and Wi-Fi issue.

Note: I have Z10 Pro Max

1. WiFi issue

2. Sound is very low as compared to the TV volume (without box). My box is directly attached to the TV.

Tried Factory reset (dozen times), Audio optimizer and Sound Settings. But same problem.

And I have the Z10 pro max I don't have these 4k channels?

Has this something to do with the video format?

I have done an factory reset but still nothing.

I have no problem with WIFI and Audio Optimizer was run... But still a problem with very poor sound quality

Is the poor sound issue only present in live tv, VOD,series and most importantly the radio option in my tvonline2 ?
