the adapter supports 802.11b 2.4GHz
the adapter supports 802.11g 2.4GHz
the adapter may support both 802.11n 2.4GHz, and 5GHz, but not necessarily
the adapter supports 802.11c 5GHz
Is your wifi split into 2.4 and 5Ghz or one for both? Wifi channel changed and tested?

I have tried all of the above potential solutions but none of them worked.
I tried all the possible combinations still the same result except for when i changed the wifi to 802.11g 2.4Ghz and channel 2 the error message became :
Couldn’t find « name of my ssid »
Can the adapter be defective ?

You didn`t answer me this question. Is your ssid split or not, do you use with other devices 2.4 and 5Ghz or only one of them. Some other box near you to test with this?
for the 5ghz, change channel from one from 36 to 48

My SSID is not split (i think?) and all my devices connect flawlessly with the router (Washer - Disher - Dryer - TV - Fridge - PC - Laptop) everything connects straight away

I connected my Z10 Pro Max to my router using WPS button and now it allows it to connect flawlessly
Sorry to revive an older thread but I'm having the same exact problem. Cogeco recently replaced my router/modem with a Hitron model and now my z10 pro won't connect. Will4wild how did you get it to connect with WPS?
There is a known compatibility issue with Hitron router gateways. The firmware that addresses the issue will be released soon.
The current workaround is to create a guest network on your Hitron and connect your Formuler to the Guest AP.
