Z11 and Mol3 Bug and issue reports

in the channel list why is there not an ALL CHANNELS like there is uk entertainment etc.

there is no all in tv series or vods so when you want to search you only search in catagory your in.

no radio channels come up.

hello, has anyone solved the problem or that and normal I don't find its aesthetic and on mto there is all the complete info here on mto 3 the first page it's complete May from the second page the 1st channel from above and cut and the last too.

I have just checked mine and I too get that issue. It seems a scaling issue that only the devs can resolve.

If you change Channel List Style to “Normal” mode, the issue will not appear, however it will change the screen layout slightly.

On any channel > Menu > Settings > Channel List Style

I prefer normal mode personally.

thank you for your answer I saw that nobody had to speak about this concern so I went up the info I prefer this menu because there is all the information on the screen and I find the logos of the chains asser large.

I would think many would also agree with your preference for the channel list style.

I’m sure the devs will see this as a scaling issue and resolve in due course

Notifications within MTOL3

Notifications in the “All” tab cannot be deleted.

Many may not consider this an issue but for the people who don’t like clutter, it would be nice to have the option of clearing notifications

Beta uupdate solved issues with limited channels on Adult (xxx) now I can see all channels instead 14 only

After update lot of clitsches on the tv channels... Not smooth looking... Maybe it's a moment... But is was on all of the channels... Tomorrow I test again 😄

Hello, in the Formular settings, in display mode it is better to put in auto, 4K DCI 60 Hz, 50Hz, 4K 60Hz or 50 Hz. Thanks. I have a Samsung qled tv.

I have an EPG Issue running my Z11 pro max. EPG only shows 2-3 hours in advance. Known bug or is there already a solution?

(EPG still updates and information is filled during the day but still only shows as above)

I tried a couple of different settings when it comes to automatic update. Didn’t change anything. Now I have it on 3 hours which I believe was the default sitting.

hello, i have two providers to record on the Z11 , both in xstreamcode. I created my bouquets by mixing the two servers. I changed the URL of one of the servers and after putting refresh, I lost all the chains of its servers. Is this normal and is there a trick to avoid it? When I go to portal will I lose everything again. Cordially

Thank you for answering. On the Z8 or Z10 pro max I often changed the URL and I always kept my bouquets weird

Hi, a friends relative of mine as just purchased a z11 pro max and he’s saying he also as no radio channels. No uk radio channels showing at all and on the main menu radio tab it’s showing 21 channels with no audio at all. Not just a coincidence a issue with MOL3 I believe.

For my part, no problems with the radios on my 4 subscriptions with the Z11 Pro in Mac Address.

For me also everthing slow inregards to changing channels and also epg slow to form up.i m sure this will be corrected next update.mine is z11 pro

After updating to the beta,mytv app forced closed a few times in a row but seems to have settled down down,plz fix resolution and sound settings,if I change resolution from auto4k to 1080p and sound setting to raw it works as it should but when I reboot it goes bck to auto4k,my z10/z8 would keep the setting on reboot

I have an issue that the remote does not work after shutting down the box. Not able to turn back on. Also every time I remove it from the power and I can get it to work again it tells me it want to shut down. I have some seconds to cancel this

on gtv or z8 when the url is modified the list of favorites remains on the gtv and z8 but on the z11 the favorites are lost if the url is modified.

Same with my Z11.

Setting power-off to standby works fine.

However setting power-off to shutdown causes problems to turn back on the Z11 with the remote.

Immediately power-on after a power-off will succeed but power on after a couple of hours is not succesfull and you have to plug out/in the power cord to get the Z11 started and immediately cancel the suddenly appearing shutdown.

HDMI-CEC has been switched off on the Z11, but the power-on error still remains.

By putting everything on standby, it still happens that you have to unplug the Z11 to be able to turn it on again. It's getting really painful Thank you for doing the necessary quickly for all its bugs
