Hi how do i change to the second portal on z11 max on z 10 i just went to connections but tried every thing on z 11 max

Hi, scroll down in category list until you see xxx category, after that begins in most cases the second Portal. When you use some channel and press info, you will see the Portal name.

Noticed (latest version, but this was the same on the earlier version) that after an 'all content refresh' (automatical daily or manual) there's always a popup (bottom right) that new content has arrived, a new notification and a refresh content button in the menu. Even when nothing has been added (this can easily be tested & confirmed after 2 refreshings a few minutes after each other & check in the content manager).
So my question: if no new content was added (in all providers), could it be possible to eg give a popup with confirmation that the refresh was successfull, but that no content has been added? Just a suggestion...
Did you set Power mode to Shut down?
How many hours after turning off the device did you turn it on?
Is CEC setting enabled?
Hi I just turned hdmi CEC of since it is not working anyway. Also but the power to standby mode. Maybe it helps
in the series the episode number has disappeared would it be possible to put it back during the next update if possible
Hi, I have a bug with the info not showing in my tv online 3. EPG is present just most of the info bars with the tv channels state “no info” I’m using xtream code.
Also I cannot use the epg to watch a program from yesterday for instance.
Can't turn on/off subtitles for live tv channels who have subtitles,if I try to turn them on I get the message Audio track on so think it is a bug.
This is with Xc mol3

Salut, j'ai un bug avec les informations qui ne s'affichent pas sur ma télévision en ligne 3. L'EPG est présent dans la plupart des barres d'informations avec les chaînes de télévision indiquant "pas d'informations". J'utilise le code xtream.
De plus, je ne peux pas utiliser l'epg pour regarder un programme d'hier par exemple.

I think the channels where you don't receive the epg come from your provider.
The epg problem just carries on and on, it has to be a bug, lots of Formula 11 pro max users on different platforms all have empty epg or epg only partially populated. A larger Internet search of the issue other than this forum brings up the same epg issue.
Its a waiting game till the developers come up with a fix.
In the meantime my other Formula z8 pro epg works perfectly on the same url provider.
Tick tick guys, selling a box with such bad inherent software ( myt3) bugs is a bad show and does nothing to maintain the good name the brand has.

When I go into settings- content manager- content sources- and restore epg offset to none all the info with the tv channels is correct! But then the epg is one hour off!! Bug
Another bug I found is this: When booting the box, NAS storage is not mounting automatically, I have the choice checked but it is not working...I have to click on the mount choice to activate it.
Regarding epg issue. Information is visible when you check epg on specific channel, for days. The problem only occurs when viewing the full channel list epg. Attached photos for reference. Nothing wrong with the info from supplier in other words.

Have you changed the batteries in the remote control just to rule that out.
Also when the remote is working, does it say “connected” within the Formuler remote app.
It maybe that you need to reset it and connect again
Try both batteries and remote app and see what happens

Nobody is hold to keep, buy, test and give back if not happy. So simple is this! Would be better to do that instead of spam the forum with unproductive blames!

I mention the connection in the remote app because I wonder if it is at first showing connection and then it drops out.
Also, if you’re using the BT1 remote, you don’t need to use the IR extender, you may not have that connected anyway but if so, remove it. I doubt it would cause conflict but it’s another thing to rule out.
It could be an issue with the Bluetooth so maybe consider double checking the remote app connection and then reset to factory and start over.
If same result, it could be faulty so in that case it may need warranty replacement from the company you purchased it from.

What is the state of the LED on the front of the box when the box does not turn on?
Is the LED off? Is it Red color?

Californie n'arrête pas de clignoter, impossible de l'utiliser. Quand on ouvre mytvonline3 tout va bien et plus de scintillement, avez-vous une idée du problème ? Et dans les paramètres display mode il n'y a que le choix automatique et rien d'autre.

The Formuler cannot read the supported display modes from your TV for some reason.
Do you have any intermediate devices connected between the TV and the Formuler? If so, connect the Formuler directly to the TV to narrow down the issue.
Finally try a different HDMI cable and different HDMI port on the TV

Unplug the Ethernet cable from your Formuler to see if the problem goes away.
If the problem goes away, turn OFF IPv6 in Android Network settings and then plug in the Ethernet cable.
Finally, perform a software update of your Formuler device.

But I can’t get it to work. I had z10 pro Max before. And all went great on that! Now when I’m using portal in mytol3 I can’t even connect!

Does anyone now that why I must sort all series and everything when I go in to series! On z10 it was sorted by newly added asap. Now I must sort it every time.

The app wouldn't be down, your provider maybe the issue if it's not working on box boxes now.
That or a home network issue.
But that's based on answering the pretty vague question above, i.e not much detail to go from etc.
I would like to refer to an article,by TROY,who indepently from the Manufacturer,tested the Z11promax for a period of 2 weeks,naming all the pro"s and con"s of the device.
To all people who are in doubt of purchasing the Z11,this may be very helpfull.
