Plex Audio Sync Issues on Formuler 11 Pro

When using the Plex app, as installed from the Google Play Store, the audio is out of sync with the video.

No issue streaming from the same Plex Server using:

the Plex Client Version 1.31.2.6810 on Mac OS X 13.3
Chrome Plex Client on Mac OS X 13.3
the Plex Client Version 9.19.0.177 on my Pixel 7
Chrome Plex Client on my Pixel 7
the Plex Client on the Amazon Firestick that I had planned on replacing with the Formuler 11 Pro.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same also if you install other plex version from apkmirror and not from google?

I have a z11 pro max and with my shield I can play 4k videos on plex, but when I try with my new z11 it says streaming converted 4k is not allowed. I tried installing an older version of plex that I found online on a mirror site version 8.1.0.17967

Plex has other problems with formuler z11 which is AFR can only do 24HZ correctly, no 23HZ which is needed for 23,976fps movies. Logically you will get random stutter and audio sync issues. Just install Kodi with plex addon and you will be fine. Kodi on Z11 can do all refresh rates correctly...

I tried that plex would never load on kodi. I ended up having to go the route of plexkodiconnect which is not working great
