Is it a z11? we have a issue with the Z11 (all models) in mytonline3 out by 1 hour for the catchup.
The Z10, Z8 ad Z Neo are all fine.
The offset is set correctly for the EPG and it only affects the formuler z11 models and mytvonline 3
Same issue for me. Z11 Pro Max. Please fix Formuler. Other IPTV apps with same Provider (on iPad for example )no issues at all.

yeah this usually happends with some providers during daylight savings adjusting and it usually resolves in a few days.

also the z11 still have some issues with epg which the formuler devs mentioned and should be better resolved in the next update.
the catch up issue stems from the z11 epg issues
try waiting for the next update.
also with the z10 update that came out around 11am the play back on catchup and some vod was resolved because of the codec fix.
I totally agree with Yorick. It’s not related with other EPG issues (I haven’t before Sunday) After the start of Summer Time this appeared.

Definitely should be looked into on the service provider's side. 👍
175n I think you didn't understand correctly. The service providers don't have any issues if you use a different app then mol3. In other apps it works but in mol3 it doesn't.. Plz forward to devs, it's easy to reproduce

Are you using Automatic network time in your Android settings?
Are you connected using Stalker or XCAPI?
Did you apply any offset in your MOL3 portal settings?

I have checked again yesterday and everything in the guide was depicted at the correct time.
Tried catch up but it was not working.
Tried catch up using the EPG on the individual channel ( so not through the guide).
This worked and also showing the correct program again.
Then tried same catch up again through the guide option and it worked.
Beats me but it is working again.
I did not check catch up from last Sunday when it was one hour off.
I quess if this one is still off it is provider related.

also with private conversation you have flexibility in troubleshooting because if you post provider public for example admin will ban you on the forum.

on my gtv was the time also.wrong.
After a long try i got the right time.
I set it from normal to UTC
Offset -2 hours

i also have the z11 pro max.
I just buy it new 3 weeks ago it works perfect until the summer time..
EGP offset WON'T do the job.
i also try reboot, factory reset, even different servers. But nothing works.
But when I try Smartersplayer on my iPhone with the same server it works perfect.
i am really disappointed in this product because it looks like that free software works better than this product.
I really hope they fix this soon.

if you try it, it may not work for all situations.

I did the same. Resolves the recording problem. But the “simple” EPG is wrong then…

Didn't apply any offset never did, although I did test with it when the problem was there just to see if I could fix it myself. But whatever I did, it didn't help.
I also noticed this. If I want to use catchup and watch the program before the current live one it starts the program before the program you want to watch (so off 1 hour) if I start catchup from the current live show (hold play button 3 seconds, it starts the beginning of the current live show).. When I do that it starts the program I wanted to see using catchup. But it's using the seek bar of the current live show. So everything is an hour off.
BTW I also noticed the bug from the past is back.. It was fixed in the last update but it's back. Seek bar is showing wrong time 0:00

I switched from 24hrs to 12 hrs and now it works. Thanks rabbit for the temp work-around. Still on European summer time though (+ 2hrs). Saw a weird change in Resolution > Refresh rates aren't 4k 50/60 hz but 4k 30hz, 4k dci 24hz

provider related in this context could mean the box has compatibility issues that will be hopefully fixed in the next update.
What i have done is that i remove the hdmi en utp kabel en the elektro kabel waith 10 min en then put al the kabels en restart the z11 and for me the problem with summertime is solved.

Hi everyome
I have just sorted out how to record and also updated my Formuler Z10SE and have noticed all my programmes start at the right time but the EPG shows everything started an hour earlier, for example, a film starts at 10.am but the epg shows 9.00am.
Are there instructions anywhere how to offset the epg so it is correct?
the offset is located at menu>connections>press select on the active service>edit

Yes that's why I don't get it... I have another app on the z11 and that didn't have the problem with the same providers
try the beta update to see if it was resolved.
