Official FW 10.10.46 and MOL2 10.10.46 update for Formuler Z10 Series released.

before this posting received the update this morning and the issue with playback of some catchup and vod was resolved.

also the issue where you had to connect multiple times to wifi on mifi router was resolved.

Thanks Sam, so far my Z10 Pro Max seems to be running a lot smoother after this update. Appreciate it

I can’t connect my Z10 pro to Wi-Fi since i did this uppdate. I don’t know what the Issue could be?

It works with cable. Anyone whose having the same issue?

Installed the update on z10pro,initially problem with epg,sorted it by offset adaptation,also some problems with recording,sorted them via file manager,so far so good,tommorow i will go back to my Z11 (desperately waiting for fix epg issues)

While setting up my z10pro in order to do the update,i took out the usb stick out of my z11promax,and tried to watch my recordings made on the z11,to my surprise in recordings -z10pro- they were all gone (empty storage)

What did i do wrong?

It tries to connect for like a minute then it says ”can’t find *insert name of network*”.

I can find the network on all other devices i have.

deletion of recording was an issue prior to this update

where the files was deleted when mol was uninstalled or upgraded.

z11 recordings has different path to z10 so recordings may not auto-detect.

paths are different so you will use an external player to manually play the files

z11=Android\data\tv.formuler.mol3.real\Recordings

z10=Android\data\tv.formuler.mytvonline.real\recordings

Would be nice if the formuler had kept the paths the same.

Tonight i made a scheduled program recording,while watching another program,i started watching the recording program,but stopped halfway and exited the play mode,strangely enough when i took up watching the recorded program it started not at the position i left it,but went back to the start,in contrast with the z11 where resuming watching from the position i left it.

Is this normal for the z10,to be honest i can not remember anymore,as i so got used to the Z11?

My z10 update install keeps failing. Can someone help me out?

try the update after:

1. enable dhcp and set secure dns to auto on the z10

2. disable all usb devices and memory card

3. use the ethernet cable to update.

Hi,i was watching a movie on Netflix _payed sub on my smart tv- and when i stopped watching and went back to my box,i got the error a network error has occured,i went to Home and saw an exclamation mark on the internet token,from there i could not navigate to settings-stuck completely-next i wanted to restart the box and did so in safe mode.I had to uninstall and reinstall mol2 but still no connection. I disconnected electricity and the box started and i was able to navigate to Home settings internet and foundmy wifi disconnected,when i connected again everything was working-except for my channel history-being lost.

I dont understand why the wifi connection to my box was lost,as all other devices laptop,cellphone were still connected!

Any reasonable explanation for this?

Wow! Finally, it took about 1 year to fix the single guide EPG with catch up displayed correctly. Congratulations! But still the catch up do not work with my provider. Hopefully that will also get fix someday.

Why can't I see a certain position with my z10?

2. try updating using Ethernet cable

Hi,i have a recurrent problem with an unstable channel-NL NPO1 EXTRA- and -NL VIP NPO1EXTRA-,it usually plays well,according to epg,but out of the blue it jumps to NPO 1 or NPO 3 or NPO politics.

I have discussed the matter in lenght with my provider but they state they are streaming NPO 1 EXTRA,and proved this with a picture,with the correct program streaming,at the time i had a different channel streaming.

They suggested to put the issue forward to the Forum,as they think it may be box related (NOTE;the issue occurs on z10 as well as z11)

The issue should be easily reproducible on your side.

Anyone with similar problems or an explanation?

this is most possible if using m3u or mac.

however try another iptv client to isolate if the issue is with mol only.

Hi,JR,i am on xcapi connection,i already tried smarters with the same result-channel,instable NL NPO1EXTRA streaming,my sub provider shows no instability on the channel

However i can watch my favorite police show,via my laptop-npo1extra live and chromecast it to my smart tv,but its a bit of a hassle

on smarters try switching the stream to hls or mpgts

I have little experience with smarters!

How do i switch the stream to hls or mpgts?

it is in settings>stream format.

try changing between the both and see if any progress.

kindly note if you move from the xc to the m3u

1. Xtreme Code API makes it much easier to recognise VOD and series compare to m3u

2. Xtreme Code may have better epg support and faster playlist update because no download and comparason of m3u is done.

SAM and Jumping Rabbit,thanks for the extensive replies.II think however there is another issue going on.When streaming the NPO1EXTRA channel ,according to the epg,goes out of air and another stream breaks in.For example this morning a train accident happened and the npo1 extra schedule was taken over by special news reports,on mol2 as well as on smarters.So the term instable channel,i used,may be confusing,the channel simply switched to the npo1 content,i doubt if i can correct this by creating a m3u list?

Furthermore i am very happy with the performance of my XC connection and prefer not to change that.

Noteworthy is when i google npo 1 extra live the regular program is streaming,according to the epg,on my laptop,and i can chromecast it to my smart tv

sounds like a server source issue where two streams are sharing one channel.

for some this is normal.

example cutting for special content, announcements or falling back to a backup content if the current content goes out.

Really could use some help on my Z10 pro not updating..

Failed to install is all i get

sometimes a simple restarting of the device can help prior to the above steps.

Yesterday night i switched to a channel where a movie had just started,i wanted to watch,so i pressed the recording button and recording started-red dot on upper right screen-,however the movie was 2.5 hours,so i decided after 15 minutes to put the box in standby,expecting the recording would continue,and watch it the day after.

However i found out that recording had stopped the moment i put the box in standby.

I s there another way to record,while not watching,if it is not a scheduled recording?
