Hi, after Firmware Update of Formuler Z10ProMax to Version v10.10.46 r27132 / 23.3.2023 and mytv Online2 App Version 10.10.46-5586-55ca89521
the setting of Parental PIN only works for Connection 1. I have different Providers on Connection 2 and 3 where the old PINs seems to be scrambled.
Deleting Cache and Data for mytvOnline2 App did not help.
Any idea how to reset the PINs ? standards 0000 1234 and old pin do not work.

You will find a post by JPaul of january28th2023 that suggests that your provider can correct your account for pin code reset?

Hi Everyone, I have recently discovered this forum, very handy.
I have a Formuler Z10 SE and all working fine.
I have received the latest update v10.10.46 but when I update it tells me I do not have enough storage.
I have a 12GB usb pen connected for recordings but unsure why i get this message?

error 7 means communication issue with server.
you are using xtremecode right?
try the folloing
1. restart the box and ensure internet is working.
2. disable any vpn if on
3. contact provider to determine if server is down.
also request a line reset from provider

Yes, it doesn’t work with no wifi… before the update it wasn’t a problem. But after I did this new update then it search for wifi and find both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. And when I try to connect it fails all the time. But when I connect the WiFi with my phone then it works but not on the formuler. So it’s something from the update that have messed up things with the WiFi connection to formuler

I have tried that now this morning and it’s still the same problem. I can find the WiFi but not connect to it.
could be the update introduce a compatibility issue with your router:
1. what is the error when connecting?
2. do you have another router to try or can you enable wifi hotspot on your phone just to try connecting?
I would like to report what appears to be a bug since the update. I recorded a movie yesterday night and my box was on yesterday morning. It happens again today. It never happened before.
Appart from that, everything works well 👍

However I noticed the same kind of behavior on the Z11, hopefully this message can help as well on the Z10….
Could happen when formuler starts up for starting recording and refreshing content at the same times occurs. It block or stops the recording sometimes. Happened on my side a couple of times. It’s reported some time ago, hopefully is it solved in coming Z11 update.
it usually give a 0.5 to 1second pause after refreshing.
I'm not sure if this normal or would be classed as an issue.

I don’t know yet. I planned two recordings yesterday night. The box was on and on the good channel but it didn’t record anything. I’ll try again tonight and leave a feedback.
after the upgrade i seem to get some random force closes.
At first i tried to power down with the remote but it did not respond, i had to powercycle by power cord
Now it just happend aggain and i just let it run for a few minutes and i got this:(see picture)

Sorry but when that screen comes up then is really something wrong with the data. Factory reset and fresh setup is the right way.
to prevent data corruption issues during update in future:
1. prior to updating restart the box
2. close all running apps either by exiting or pressing the home button twice to bring up the close all apps screen.
3. ensure min 5gb of internal storage is free
4. ethernet cable is prefered(not required) to perform update.

That is the "Recent apps" menu. You can access it by double-clicking the HOME button on your remote.
Exit from "Recent apps" by press the BACK key on your remote.

I have problems too with internet since the update. It says I have a "Limited Connection" in the Wifi settings. I'm using Tivimate and I still have video, but no updated guide and no other apps on the box have access to the internet.

2. try using ethernet cable(turn off wifi when using ethernet)

I did all three. No luck. I even tried hooking up to my phones hot spot connection.

All have been set to what you have up. Nothing. I don't get how I can get video on the box, but everything else is cut off. I have tivimate working without a problem on my Fire TV box if it matters.
if other devices work except the formuler z10(after applying the last update) and you already try a power cycle(unplug the box for 1minute and power back on) and uninstall all third party apps.
you can try opening a support ticket using the link below but first you can try factory reset if you wish or wait for other forum member to provide solution.

Please do factory reset, after that it should work.
If not, click in home menu on network icon and in next menu under IP -> dhcp, reboot the box once.
