    Hi Team,

    So I have been experiencing some issues on all three of my GTV's and all three have the same stream (Three connections).

    1. If I am in the guide and scrolling through and then select the channel I am previewing, I am experiencing that channel freezing, or it goes into slow motion. if I channel up and then back down to what I want to watch, the problem goes away.
    2. Sometimes this happens a lot of I go into settings and then back to live TV, the channel freezes and or goes into slow motion and once again, channel up or down and back into what I am watching and it plays fine

    I hope I am making sense.... Anyone experiencing similar issues?

    The symptoms you describe almost always correlate with buffering.

    Buffering can be caused by many factors, some factors are not under your control.

    Things you can check:

    If you are using WiFi, try using Ethernet.

    Check to make sure your internet connection speed is faster than 50Mbps. If you live in a household with many people using the internet at the same time, 100Mpbs is the minimum.

    If you are using a VPN, turn it off and try the stream again. Using a VPN always slows down your internet connection speed.

    In order to rule out your ISP as the issue, temporarily tether your Formuler device to your mobile phone WiFi hotspot and see if the issue goes away.

    Try a different IPTV service provider.

    Unsolicited PMs for support will be ignored.

    Duplicate support requests to the forums and helpdesk will be ignored.

    Thanks JR, I increased the buffer and will report back. I also think it could be a glitch with MOL2 because if I hit the home button on the remote and let's say go into settings and after changing something, I return to MOL2 and usually the channel is black. I have to channel up and down and then everything works. Weird

    I have the same issue with this „lagging“.

    Same behaviour like Miljo.

    Happens on MOL 2 (GTV, Z10 Pro) and MOL 3 ( z11 pro max / pro) on one speficic provider with some specific channels.

    This not happens on any other

    Iptv products like apple tv or tivimate.

    Same Issue, different places with different internet provider.

    Hi an sorry for the long delay. Yes it is still occurring and it also happens when upon connecting to the portal (Stream). As soon as it completes the connecting and the channel is displayed it begins to freeze and once again channel up then down and then it works. I will open a conversation with you.
