  • Hi  Need help. MyTVOnline 2 - Formuler Z10 ... I started with a new IPTV service, edited my portal, removed / unchecked / cleared the ID / log in requirement, and my new service worked last night. Today it won't let me log onto MyTVOnline without an ID and password. I have have cleared my cache a few times ... I have uninstalled MyTVOnline2 twice ... re-installed it ... done all updates ... and every time I try to start MyTVOnline2 it automatically goes to a log in with password required screen. I had a old IPTV that I cleared out and I have no idea what my password was. How to can I permanently remove the log in requirement? Thanks for your help!

  • 1. you have to first get the login info and url from the provider of the service.

    2. you have to enter the user and password and url into the screen of mol that you see for the portal info.

remember to check login required box. if using the password and user name method(xtremecode api)

  • Hi. My provider has no log in requirements and no password requirements. I have already entered his url and it was working last night. My old IPTV provide had log in and password requirements. I tried to delete them when I entered my new IPTV portal with url. When I turned MyTVOline2 on today my old login window keeps coming up so I can't access my new IPTV service. How can I remove the old login in requirements? Thinking ... do I have to reset my Z10 to factory reset settings?

  • BTW, I unchecked the login requirements last night with the new portal url. Yet, the login came back on when box was rebooted today for a factory update. How can I delete the log in screen on my box and start over? I uninstallerd MyOnlineTV2 app twice today and the login requirements keep coming back. Thanks

  • BTW, I forgot to mention, I completely deleting MyTVOnline2 IPTV portal, rebooted my box, and started over again. Then I entered my new IPTV URL without checking the log in box requirements ... did this a few times. My new TV provider has no user ID and password requirements. As soon as I try to hit connect ... user ID and log are required (and I don't know them lol) ... Hoping that someone can help me get this figured out. Thanks!

  • if your iptv service has no user name and password then it is using mac(stalker) or m3u.

    if using mac,

in this case you only have to:

    1. submit the mac to the provider

you can get the mac from the connection screen it starts with 00:1E:B8

    2. in add portal screen only enter the portal url then connect

if using m3u(to confirm the url is m3u check if it contain "/get.php?username=")

    1. activate add m3u playlist

    2. fill in the playlist url

  • Already done the above. My new IPTV service worked perfectly last night. I could access the MyOnlineTV2 app after an update today. My problem now is to get rid of user ID and password requirement on MyTVOnline2 app. Went to factory reset my Z10 and the 0000 pin code is wrong. I don't ever remember changing it! lol Now looking for hard factory reset instructions ...

  • 1. your box is retail or provider?

    2. manual reset:

there is a reset hole in the back of the unit so:

    1. unplug from power and remove hdmi cable

    2. insert hdmi cable

using a paper clip or similar press the reset button inside the hole and keep pressed

    3. insert the power cable

    4. continue to keep the button press until the formuler logo goes out.

release button, the recover menu to wipe data should come up

  • I just did a hard reset correctly and factory reset my Z10 Pro box, did the software update ... the MyTVOnline2 portal box was empty ... entered the iptv url ... unchecked box so that no password was required (confirmed by my iptv provider) ... hit connect to tv service ... user ID and password required !!! Hoping that someone can help me. How does MyTVOnline keep adding a ID user name and password requirement ??? Again, this iptv service worked perfectly last night with no ID user name and password required. This all started after a software update and reboot today! Puzzling ... lol

  • I found an email with my user ID and password from my old iptv provider and entered it. Incorrect. Error code. I can access Youtube on my Z10 with no problems. Why would a hard factory reset remove the user ID and password on MyTVOnline2 app?

  • Update: I took my older Z10 Pro on my second TV. Contacted my iptv provider to send my tv subscription to my new ID address. Entered his url ... no user ID and password required ... working perfectly !!! Question ... how can I repair my other Z10 Pro??? Hoping that I can get working again for my other tv ... Thanks

Seems you're using a stalker server using MAC address of your device. There are some stalker servers that only allow a single access from a single MAC address. Ask your provider to temporarily register the MAC address of your old device for testing and try to login again

Hi. Thanks for replying to me. Sorry, I have bothered my new IPTV provider too much trying to get my older z10 working. IMHO, it's not his problem. I don't want to bother him again. His service was working perfectly on my first z10, until a user ID and password were required on MyTVOnline2 after a software update. I worked for hours trying to remove the log in requirements without success. His service is working perfectly on my 2nd Z10. ... My recent, current IPTV service would not work on my 1st Z10 due to the user ID and password requirement. My recent, current IPTV service is working perfectly on my 2nd Z10 box. I have hard and soft factory reset my other Z10 box twice, unplugged it several times, uninstalled the MyTVOnline2 app a few times, cleared the cache, etc., etc. My old IPTV service provider has gone out-of-business (website removed) so I cannot contact him. Question: What can I do to completely uninstall / remove the MyOnlineTV2 app? When uninstalled, it seems like this app is never fully removed, as a software update immediately appears and when done it's back with the same old portal on it and log in requirements (which I don't have). Also, when I used my old user ID and password from my previous IPTV service provider it wouldn't work either. Why can't I strip my older z10 clean and start over? If I can't get this done through Formular, my 2nd Z10 will be unuseable for me. Still hoping that you can help me. Thanks!

  • First Scenario:

His (not working Portal from old Provider) is active and with starting MOL2 it loads always the deactivated portal. You need to go to connections and deactivate the portal connection first and then delete. But... it doesn`t explain why after factory reset and reinstalling of MOL2 the Portal still appear, not logical.

    Second Scenario:

It is Provider Box and not Retail box, the Provider used the molcfg for changing the settings on the Box but allowed you some features like reinstalling. In most cases you can not even factory reset the box or reinstall Mol2.

In this case like recommended from woste try with removing molcfg to become Retail box, if installed from provider.

    Here the how to again:

    For z10:

Go to home menu -> system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.

  • SAM,can you remember a previous Thread from Wijkhuizen, where a similar issue occured, where he had an unexplainable similar molcfg he could not get rid off.

While surfing the internet i came across a provider that sells Formuler boxes in combination with a iptv subscription, and on one of the pictures Wijkhuizen sent the name of the provider appeared!

  • Yes i remember, but all of this reports are sometimes with low description, we can only guess what happens if we do not get full Error description and infos, that helps to give user the correct way how to solve the issue.

  • some times you have to list all possibilities because when assisting users we are not in front of the unit and they may not always follow directions or may miss something or explanation issue due to language restrictions.

in this case the user said it is not a provider box because he purchase it off amazon but it could be if is a third-party seller.

As I mentioned, I purchased a clean box from Amazon with no service included. I purchased a iptv provider separately.

  • final comment before it continues to go off topic:

didn't mean that in a brute force way.

was expressing sometimes you have to make intelligent guesses because the user input may not be enough

proper input from user will always give quality support in a quick time.

As far as I know, I have included all of the info that I can earlier in this thread. Ultimately, I want to to completely uninstall the MyTVOnline2 app such that I can reinstall this app with a fresh, clean start (no user ID and password required). Thanks

  • Hi Sam. Thanks for replying. Definitely not a provider box. I purchased it from Amazon with no subscription. I purchased and entered my iptv service separately. I have completely deleted the old portal. I have uninstalled MyTVOnline app a few times. I have done soft and hard factory resets. I have cleared the cache, etc. Hard to believe that the log in screen kept popping up every time that I want to log onto MyTVOnline2. I agree, this is totally illogical. This 2nd box is now out-of-service at my house. I have noted the following instructions and will follow them when I get a chance ... Thanks!

Go to home menu -> system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.

Forgot to mention. I had a couple of different iptv service providers on this Z10 box and never used a user ID and password with them. My most recent, previous iptv service - out-of-business now - required a user ID and log in password. So, this should confirm that this wasn't originally a provider box. Also, when I first installed my new iptv service it worked perfectly without a user ID and password. This log in requirement occured after a software update ... and, despite all of my efforts, won't go away! Regardless, I will try your instructions when I get a chance. Thanks!

  • Also, when I first installed my new iptv service it worked perfectly without a user ID and password.

You're stuck on this one instance of the service working correctly and it is clouding your judgement and hindering the debugging process.

Often the explanation to an issue is more simple than perceived.

Some portals display the "login" screen when your MAC-based iptv account is expired.

Perhaps your IPTV service reseller only provided you with a 24 hour trial.

Maybe they charged you for a month and only gave you 1 day.

Maybe it is a benign mistake and maybe it is not.

Try to contact your IPTV service provider and ask them to reset your account in the service panel.

If you're not satisfied with the performance of your current IPTV provider, switch to another one.

  • In addition, it can also occur:

    1. some stalker don't allow multiple mac to be associated with one account

so even if you purchase two connections, you can only use one mac and the other will have to be m3u or xc.

    2. if he is using two devices with one connection subscription.

maybe that's why 1/2 of the z tens are working.

    3. the seller forgot to do a line reset after adding the mac

I did try to find out if he has a single or multi-connection sub.

consider following the quality advice of 175n above.

  • Hi Sam. I followed your instructions ... there was no block installed ... no "check for configuration update" ... so I was unable to complete your instructions. In response to other posts ... respectfully, they haven't read all of my posts in this thread. ... I'm not using my 2nd Z10 box now as per my posts in this thread, as I am unable to get past required user ID and password screen along with hard and soft factory resets and uninstalling / installing MyTVOline 2, clearing cache, etc. etc. Ultimately, I totally agree with you ... this is not logical !!! Eventually, I will try it to use it again with another IPTV service provider, prossibly next winter when I'm at home watching tv more. In the meantime if someone else has the same problem with a solution, hopefully you will remember this thread. Thanks!

  • All I was saying bro is why not use the m3u or xtremecode option if your provider support it.

the account you purchase from your provider, how many connections are supported?

the ten 0 entry is only for provider lock box not retail and your box is retail.

so the issue could be on the server side.

  • Ricky

    do you understand?

since you are using mac, in many cases,, mac address based devices need a different subscription for each box.

so if your subscription is active and it supports >1 connection, you will have to use another connection method(like m3u or xc api) on the box that is giving the login issue.

Kindly ask your provider to confirm.

Hi  I totally understand what you're saying, but that's not what this thread is about! I have only been using one of z10 boxes for IPTV . The other z10 was a spare on another TV that I haven't used in a year. I am not trying to use my two Z10 boxes at this time. Why would the exact same new IPTV service work on my second z10 - MyOnlineTV2 - without a user ID and password, and not work on my first z10 - MyTVOnline2 - as it required a user ID and password that I, and my IPTV provider, do not have? Despite my best efforts, nothing has worked - hard and soft factory resets - uninstalling / reinstalling MyOnlineTV2, clearing cache, rebooting, etc. - with respect to wiping my first z10 box - MyOnlineTV2 - clean such that I can use for IPTV without a user ID and password? Formuler staff have said that this is not logical, and, I agree! Regardless, I'm not going to worry about my spare Z10 until I'm going to use it again. If it doesn't work at that time I will discard it. No worries here  Thanks.

  • z10 pro i try 0000 1111 1234

    nothing work

the reason i want to factory reset

when use wifi my signal is 300 mbps when i plug my ethernet cable it low down at 90 mbps is that normal?

    or what i should do?

Could it be my ethernet jack input?

How long is the warranty i purchase my box 4 dec 22 ? thanks

  • 1. z10 pro has a max ethernet rate of 100mbps

    2. if you forgot the pin do manual reset:

remove power, use a paper clip to press the reset button in the back of the unit(it is inside the ir ext port).

While keeping the button pressed, insert power,

keep the button press until the logo goes out then select wipe data/factory reset.

if the box is provider lock then existing configuration may return

-warranty depends on the seller some may give 3months, 6months you will have to ask.
