How to create XC API Portal
1. MOL3 Menu -> Content Manager -> Content Sources -> + Add -> Add Portal -> follow the how to on picture.
2. You got from Provider only the M3U Url?
For example it looks like this:
http://myportal.url:80/get.php?username=12345&password=67890&type=m3u_plus&output=mpegts
or
http://myportal.url/get.php?username=12345&password=67890&type=m3u_plus&output=mpegts
For XC API Portal needed data you can extract from M3U url:
http://myportal.url:80 or http://myportal.url
Username:12345
Password:67890
3. Other Solution how to create XC Api Portal too: You create Playlist, type the entire M3U URL and MOL3 will ask you to create automatically XC Api Portal, confirm with yes.

Hi thank you for this tutorial. I still don't understand the advantage between the Mac portal (/c) and XC API ? Can someone explain me the use ? As I understand it would be for security usage ? What are the real benefits ?

xc advantages include:
1. better epg
2. better catchup support
3. easier to setup because you don't wait on provider to add the mac.
4. multi-connection support on a single account.
4.1. pip support.

Thank you for your answer. I've tried, I didn't saw any difference. Maybe I'm wrong. But the tuto is working.
Also, multi connection is not allowed most of the time from what I heard. Or how should I understand it ? Tv and App on the same time for instance ?

multiple connection with xtremecode must be purchase from provider
you will need this if you want to use pip or >1 devices on the same account.
this could be cheaper in certains cases because with mac you have to buy separate accounts for every devices and wait for the provider to aprove it(mac)
epg with xtremecode works better until the new update for z11 comes out to improve the protocol with mac(stalker) epg.
