Universal Search - No Contents in TV Program

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help. I've set up my new z11 pro max today. Firstly, I am very happy with it. Just been playing about and decided to search for a future program to no avail. Realised then that after pressing the green button to open universal search, no matter what I search it comes up as 'No Contents' under 'TV Program'. I get results in the other categories, for example 'TV Channels' and 'VOD' but nothing under 'TV Program'. This is of course a nuisance as I want to search for future content to schedule recordings. I have checled my EPG, all seems good, I have multiple days of EPG after pressing guide. I can see programs on the EPG and then when I search they do not show up!

Please let me know how I can fix this?

Ok, I can see how to do that thanks. As this UI is all new to me, can I make a backup now, that I could then restore to if I needed to factory reset and rollback for whatever reason after updating to the beta?

I have updated. Unfortunately the issue is still there. I have uploaded an image.

Please can someone advise? This is a feature that I often use for scheduling recordings.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Yes, this is what is so odd. I have full epg, days in advance. No EPG issues whatsoever.

Anyone else have an idea on this? Just to reiterate I have full EPG (I’ve attached an image as of now) and search results appear for every category (series, VOD, etc) other than TV Programs.

Thanks for getting back to me. It is 11.2.2. Same issue occurred under 11.2.1.

Edit: How very odd. Haven’t tried it for days as I had given up… it’s working. Nothing has changed as far as I’m aware but it is now working as it should.
