How to remove a config file on Formuler Z11

    At the home screen open the Command Center by navigating to the gear icon in the top right of the screen.

    The System Info widget is located on the second page of the Command Center.

  • There is a big problemwith the new software for the Z11 max Pro

    Loaded new software version :v11.3.3 and revision r0x74599645

    When i switch off the box with the stb knop and one hour

    later again the stb knop to go on,

    THE SCREEN STAYS BLACK and no possibilty to get a screen.

    I have to unpower the stb and restart the complete cyclus

    and after clicking the mytv online3 then works well


    HOW TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM

    How can I remove config file

    Go to home screen > Comand center > move to second page and you should see 'System info.'

    Then, please follow the guide below mentioned by Aton.

    Go to system information, then go to the last choice (without pressing ok)

    And tap 10 times out of 0.

    You can now RESET!

    “Tap 10 times out of 0”

    When I press 10x the zero button when the cursor is positioned on the last item (Build Date) of the second window/page of the Command Center, nothing happens.

    Do you have a provider block and you can not add new portal?

    In Command Center move cursor to the Help Center (lower right) option, then move cursor to the right, that brings you to the second page. (network Storage / System info / Power mode / Power)

  • Do you have a provider block and you can not add new portal?

    Do you always answer questions with another question? If you know the answer, or can explain in what situation (only) that option is available then please explain. That would be more helpful to me and any others that might run into this situation. Thank you.

    In one of your posts i read that you have 5 Portals,if you think one of your providers is blocked to your device,you should first find out which of your subs. is being blocked.

    I asked you the above questions,if you can not add a new Portal,your device is provider blocked,if not however the described way to do unblocking,will be useless.

    Its up to you to find out if any of your subs. is provider blocked,and if so follow the guidelines by F-Peter and Aton to unblock.

    Should mean: If users box is Provider blocked, tapping 10times zero, delete the molcfg file and settings from the box. The Box start with factory reset and the user can set all fresh again.
