Software Update for Formuler Z11 Series devices.

MYTVOnline 3 Version : 11.2.22

Important:

Please use backup function first and save MOL3 data on USB stick, before you start with the update.

Software cannot be rolled back after installation.

If serious errors occur, please do factory reset.

Updated and everything seems fine. Did backup anyways, didn't use it as everything seems to be in place. Will test it further in the next days...

I did an update too, please help me I can restore, I had made a backup that had succeeded, But at the time of restoration it stops at 20%, After that I have a black screen, SAM Would you have a solution to this problem please

Sorry but if backup can not be restored then is the file not ok, you have to create new backup. It is recommended with each version of update to create new backup, the old one can be arhived in some file subfolder. When the system works fine then it`s time for backup.

No problems with the update.

Requests for the next update:

When recording is in progress, it should not be possible to switch it off with the STB.

Accidentally hit the STB button when I moved the remote.

A warning should appear.

End the recording. YES/NO

Did the update,so far so good,however XC -EPG issue unfortunately not in the log change,as well as recording from single view EPG.

I guess we just have to wait for an further update to solve these issues

Epg on xcapi still 24 hr. Record & remind function still not back on single epg. It’s all we’re Begging for back! In fact just the Record & remind function back!! That’s the only thing we need. Forget the rest! Just this feature back. Please please please!! We’ve never Been so patient 😂🤦‍♂️

For the next update please create an option to Delete Notifications. I have got over 100 notifications now and cannot get rid of them.

Box keeps going to formuler homepage after official update. Also been a problem for a long while now is i get timeshift error everytime i try ff or rewind on catchup or a Recording. Z11 goes into complete meltdown if i simply want to ff some of a recording 🤦‍♂️

Did the most recent update, seems fine, but, 1 big problem: the Refresh contents function starts, but never finishes. While it's running, nothing else works other than the menu button or power. This happens from the menu "Refresh Contents" or at the automated/scheduled refresh contents.

I let it run for over 30 minutes, but it never finishes.

Thoughts?

Back-up file (MOL3) is present but can not restore stops at 20% , i tried with several usb device and SD card

Restore stops at 20% , what a nightmare after clearing cache/data, need to redo all connections and favourites.

The issue is not in the backup.

The issue is now that the restore facility is not working, atleast for some of us.

The same backup worked before.

Also, craeting a new backup with the latest version works , but restore is not.

Pull the powerplug out wait 30 seconds and put it back in, mayby it helps.

cut off all internet and tv box , router ,switch , wait 1 minute and re-plug all , works for me

I wonder if anyone knows how to connect my Z11 pro box via cable it doesn't work I've tried everything? I don't want wifi, wifi works fine but I want to connect it via cable

Hello,

you mean with Lan cable.. Just connect and click on Ethernet icon in home menu, in second menu choose ip settings dhcp -> click on dhcp. Box get from Router directly ip -> Connection should work. Wifi should be deactivated if you use Ethernet.

Do you mean connect it via ethernet cable?

You can go to Home and then to connection to internet,click and you will go to menu for internet connection ,either WIFI or ethernet.

What kind of router do you have?

Is there an ethernet port available?

When I push the back button on my remote I get thrown out of Mol3 and back to Home screen,this happen then you do a short and long push with the back button on the gtv-bt remote inside Mol3

Unplugged everything, waited 10 mins, re-plugged, does same thing, refresh contents does not finish.

After that did a backup, then reset user preferences, then restore and still refresh contents just keeps on going never to finish.

I have to force stop the app to get control again.

The EPG / Guide is not working properly. I was hoping it would have been sorted with the latest update but it is not.

It still goes to "No Information" after moving forward a few hours.

This did not happen with the Z10 or previous versions.

When will this be fixed or is there a fix for it??

Is it just me who is annoyed that the box can be turned off during recording without being asked if you want to turn it off.

A control question should come up. Should the box be closed YES/NO

If it is possible to fix so that the LED on the box is green when recording, that would be great.

Thanks, Where is the backup/restore in the Formuler menus? The backup / restore in the MYOLTV menus only does MYOLTV settings. I want to avoid having to re-install my other apps (eg nordvpn) if I have to do a factory reset of the Fornuler box.
