When I choose mytionline3 and press enter it takes me directly to the vod,recording screen. The TV does not open. Does someone know what is happening. Appreciate your response.

Hold standby button 2 sec you see shutdown, restart and standy.
Do shutdown.
Try again.
And change your box power behavior to shutdown, and not standby.

Called power mode or power behavior.
