Unable to add provider except ****

Hello!

I bought a used Z8 pro, the first thing I did was a factory reset. Everything went well except I don't have the option to add another IPTV provider other than *****, the only 2 options are EDIT and CONNECT. In addition, on the main screen on the left side I have a ****** logo, on the right below the time I have a key. I know that the key means that I have a VPN but I don't have any applications running, and remember I just did a factory reset.

Is it possible that ****** changed the firmware burned in the Z8, and if so, is it possible to restore or download an original version?

Go to home menu ->Settings -> Storage & Reset ->if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update" -> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.

Please no Pictures or text with Provider names or url`s to them, read asap forum rules!

Sally15 and Lucky gave you solution for this issue. The box is branded and settings changed from Provider, because the box was sold directly from Provider.

Home menu>settings>storage&reset>if block installed>menu entry "check for configuration update">highlight the cofiguration line,then press0(zero)* 10 times>it will factory reset and unblock the whole device.

Now you can add new Portal or playlist
