Everytime - if I pause any VoD during play and resume it after few seconds/minutes, the video just freezes. I have to exit the VoD and restart it. In restart options, it does not even ask to Resume from the last position, just from the beginning.
Factory reset did not help.

resume option you can check on mytvonline settings.
but i think because crash it didnt ask for resume video.
what you can try is to go to apps and delete mytvonline data.
then restart box and start mytvonline and fill in your credentials. then try again.

maby your storage space is full? is there a usb connected? if storage is full?

It is Z10 pro max. Storage is totally empty. No USB. Thanks.
Also no usb sticks or sdcard in it?
try without all usb/sd cards.
Als if you have the infra red eye cable on it, remove it then.
Otherwise again factory reset box?

If you change to "Resume", does same happen?
Delete also the cache data from MOL2 app.

Some problem here for so many months with VOD or Series. MTO2 can handle few minutes pause. It will end what is on when resume by play it again.
Why there is nothing new since 2003?
Behavior is simple
1-play a VOD or Serie
2-press Pause during it play
3- wait 5min (maybe less)
4- press play
Bug: it will stop within less then a minute
I think I have found the resolution to this.
I changed the setting two days ago, no crashes so far.
Go to my tv 2 settings> player options and turn on VOD auto frame rate to ON.
I experience the same subject on MOL3 with VOD Auto Frame rate on and off. Any other explanations? Thanks.
