Official FW 10.10.49 and MOL2 10.10.51 update for Formuler Z10 Series released.

Cloud Timeshift stopped working after Firmware update 10.10.49. It was working until update. Now getting error message.

I did reboot also not working. Don't know what to do.

VPN was disconnected after update,is this normal?

After previous beta update this didnt happen,no major problem,already reconnected!

Catch up,vod loading etc all work perfectly,on both subs.

Not catch-up and VOD. I meant Cloud Timeshift. The last button option in action category with play and cloud button. See here

I use 3 portals.Before the update it was working fine and now after the update checked on my three portals cloud timeshift is not working ( loading for a minute then error message). I tried reboot but no use. I use this feature because of timezone difference. I'm worried it stopped working for me. Looking for a way to make it work again. Please help me to sort out the issue if it is still working for you.

I've tried both clearing cache and reboot still the same. Have to install the latest version of MYTVONLINE2 to use the app so no changes. I'm frustrated because everything worked perfectly before the update and you are telling me it works fine for you. I agree with new update the app runs better but terribly missing the Cloud Timeshift feature because I initially bought a Formuler for this specific feature.

So the only thing you haven't tried yet is a factory reset?

I tried but problem not solved. Staff and support team are working to solve the issue.

hello I have had several customers who had a problem during the update and the box was reset is there a problem with this update?

I have 2 Formuler Z10 Pro and i have the same problem with both. It will not connect to portal. I restart a few time and sometime it will log on portal, but no channels are working. It append just after i did the upgrade.

Are you working on some response to this problem? It’s major to me.

Since last update Series section is not available in MyTvonline2.

Is it normal?

Hi,try uninstall mol2,and reinstall from formuler market.

If this does not help,do factory reset.

I want to report a bug :

With "Menu Lock" in the Settings, in Parental Options, not the ADULT categories Lock but the "Lock Settings" (Menu Lock) enabled in order to prevent inexperimented user or children to delete the portal, when there is an IP BAN, there is like a bypass of the "Menu Lock" and the user lands automatically in the portal section, being able to change, or delete the existing portal, what we wanted and were supposed to prevent by enabling this MOL2 "MenuLOCK".

The Menu Lock and code are in principle like a admin only code to prevent all changing in the settings, like deleting portal etc.

I am experiencing stuttering and freezing,and short repeats/loops since the recent update across several channels and on both providers (so i assume its not a provider issue)

I am on XC connection and use VPN.

Does anyone else have similar issues?

SAM,i found in another thread your advice to delete cache,settings->Apps->mol2,and restart the box,it seems to have done the trick for now, i will let you know if the issue reoccurs

Not seeing my issue. Since update my Z10 Pro Max has been dropping it's internet connection 1 -2 times per day and has to be restarted. Once restarted, it connects on boot up as normal.

From previous release, I update my Z10 Pro to this FW release, it update, but at the moment to reboot, that was the last message I could see on my TV,

then the screen turn to black, I waited 15 minutes but still remains black.

It did not respond by remote control or on/off switch.

So I disconnect the power, wait a moment and connect to power as before.

Then the update finished.

I wonder if is not better to reboot the Z10 Pro before a FW update?

I am also seeing the same issue of internet getting dropped multiple times per day after the update. I’ve went through this thread and have done the steps but nothing seems to resolve it.

Rebooting the box seems to solve the issue but it occurs again when I try to watch certain channels.

I have also sent logs and have the latest version of Mol2: 10.10.51 and FW 10.10.49

My box has also started stuttering and freezing, and short repeats/loops since the recent update on everything (Netflix, Viaplay, HBO etc.).

Hope you can fix this quickly because now it is not possible to use this box.

I have tried them all. and nothing helps so there is something wrong with the new software.

I have Sonos surround to TV and think that is what does not work with the new update.

Are there any others who have Sonos and have similar problems?.

When do you think there will be a new update?

Has only one HDMI cable for a Samsung TV.

If you make a reboot. Will all settings etc. disappear then?

Reboot didn't help. but if I move the box to another TV that doesn't have Sonos it works, if I remove Sonos from my TV it works.

So there must be some problem with the new update against the Sonos system

You can next time close all active Apps and processes in background and then start with update.

The only active app was VPN, that was the difference for all the previous updates.

So it's indeed a good advise to close apps.
