Have you tried with TiviMate?
FWIW - My Z8 gets stuck at 7 PM when it can't find the DNS/NTP server so it can get the current time. Maybe the Z11 is similar.

I have a Z11 Pro Max with MyTVonline 3. It’s working well, however everyday it gets stuck around the same time ~ 07:00 am. I need to restart the Z11 and usually it works again.
What can be the cause? Thanks 🙏
Is your Z11 constantly on or do you turn it off at night and then turn it on at ~7am everyday?

I put it on stand by at night. I get up at 6 am and then turn it on.
Btw, the EPG update is not planned at this time.
I will try TiviMate to see if it happens again.
