    Well any other than auto resolution and then let it go into sleep. And give it some time. Then check if the chosen resolution stays.

    P.S. I guess in auto resolution you get @60hz?

    I really dont use formuler in general. But my whole family and friends. And i recommend formuler and MOL3 to everyone.


    I have the device to test.
    I will plug it into my tv, LG OLED.

    Put the settings to 1080p/50hz and in the morning i will check and give you an answer.

    Yes Auto is 4K/60hz.

    AFR on in MOL3.

    Thanks for the effort. Probleem is not wth MOL3, AFR will change the Hz. Just happened that at home is used for general purpose with other apps than MOL3.

    Anyway I will stick with something else I guess.

    No, i understand you.
    So your box jumps back to Auto after Standby.
    Even if you change to 1080p/50hz Output

    Is that correct?

    Will try with 1080p/50hz, but then if I watch content in 4k it will stay 1080p, so this is not really an option for me. But I will try and come back with the results.

    I would love if it stays @4k/50hz

    Please have a look at al your tv options. Not your box! Must be a configuration on your tv that set it back every time.

    Well I can conclude that Nokia 8010 for example stays always in my preferred settings. Is not the tv, I've tried literally everything. Maybe will give a try with the mini. Who knows... Thanks for all your efforts

    P.S. As I mentioned earlier, the Z11 pro max keeps the resolution settings only if is turn off mode. At least in my case. And once again is really not a big deal for people who use mainly MOL 3, because AFR switch to 50hz . But for me is a kind of deal breaker, because I am using some other apps.

    I have same problem on my 3 tvs. But for me it change after 2-3 days. Have this problem sence i bought the boxes last year. Not have this problem with my z10 pro max boxes

    What kind of tv brand you have?

    I got lg 55qned866re.

    My resolution stays so far i know. Gonna check it direct and put mine now from power off to standby modus.

    i set display mode from auto to 1080p 50 hz.

    Color space i let it auto.

    And check tomorrow. Or later tonight my friend.

    Ok,.my last post is more than one hour ago. Almost two hours.

    Gonna test it now. First i put my tv on, then my z11 pro max and mytvonline3 is open and i see a channel.

    I go to android settings and still the 1080p 50 hz setting.

    So test it tomorrow again.

    At screen resolution and then the color space setting at your side.

    Is it set to auto? If yes and you live in europe. Try RGB 8BIT some hours.

    And when its good try rgb 10 bit.

    Cause in Europe we use RGB colours a long time. Maby its last years changed but try it please.

    If youbwant cable plugged in you need to buy extra stuff.

    Maby an other z11 was already good enough.

    How i it should do, is buy another z11 pro or max and try it one day. Same problem? Then send it back. You got normally 14-30 days to send product back in europe.

    But Sam cant reproduce it and i also (yet)

    I should test it also with hd i deep coulor off in tv menu from lg.

    And you use original hdmi deliverd in z11 box right?

    I already tried everything, was the whole weekend trying different cabels, all HDMI ports, all possible scenarios. Only option was shut down mode. I think it's a software bug and easy to fix, but there's no adb debugging on this box.

    So why not try something new? I don't really need recording option and my WiFi is very strong. To be continued...

    You need to leave my TV online alone. If you open channel there, then the AFR changes the settings and you think there is no problem. Just check on the desktop without MOL3. Some people are using different apps and then the problem is present.

    Off course, I don't wanna mix up both models. I tried to explain the problem - all I heard was that the problem is in my TV. There are few more users who were asking about this some time ago. I guess is not a big issue probably, but also not faulty box. For me the problem is solved and the Mini is really spot on.

    Also now after standby still saved. I cant reproduce it from my side.

    Well I understand, but I am not going to try again, before to know if the box was faulty or not. Maybe using different memory or something. Don't know... Could be whole batch or just single problem.

    Thank you for trying out and for the other forum users probably there's is little left to do, as the problem can't be reproduced by few people here.

    At the moment I am more than happy with the Mini .

    Picture is really spot on and well 2gb ram - I can live with it:)

    P.S. the seller said is probably my TV or software limitation and send me here to search for solutions. Well I did, but honestly the mini has maybe even beter picture quality, of course with it's own limitations.

    After all if the Z11 pro max was used only with MOL3, then I would also not have any issues, as AFR changes the settings and everything was working further just fine

    Then was something with the box. Anyway I love the Mini and not going back to try with another one .

    Really weird, as everything else was working just fine.

    For the people who experience this problem, I think there's a solution. You can install 3rd party app- tv quick actions pro. There's is an option for AFR and you can select apps you want to run on specific framerate.

    I don't own anymore Z 11 pro, but was just playing around with the app and saw this update. On my Z mini is possible to leave it on Auto 4k60hz and select apps to run on different framerate. Pro version cost few Euro's, but is a nice app, you can also select Startup App create macros etc.

    Just an idea for those who are having this issue
