    Right next to the powerbutton.

Push it in with a paperclip and hold it.

    💡 [Built-in Method]

    • Connect HDMI cable to Z11 Pro (Max) or Z10 Pro (Max) and TV
    • Use a paperclip or similar to press the recovery button inside the IR ext. port
    • Hold down the recovery button with a paperclip and insert the power cord
    • Hold down the recovery button until the Z11 Pro (Max) or Z10 Pro (Max) logo disappears
    • Take out the paper clip and select Wipe data/factory reset on the system menu
    • Select Yes then it will take you back to the first screen. Select Reboot system now.

[Manual Factory Reset] Z10 Pro Max

  • Looks original to me.

    Reset should be there.

You can also factory reset from android menu my friend. I see you are on the menu so you can also factory reset true androidmenu

Ok thanks. I tried the menu reset but it didn’t fix my problem so thought would try this method. I’ll try it again, just a bit wary sticking metal inside a live box!

With a paperclip is the same as via android menu factory reset.

With paperclip you use mostly when box wont start correct or so. If ypur box start "normal" and you can go to android settings te reset it, its oka then you dont need the "hardware factory reset".

But it didnt fixed your problem, you only asked how to reset!

Can you please tell us your problem so we can help you?

Ok thanks for that info, I didn’t realise it was the same result. So my problem, occasionally when I turn box on, the picture will be frozen and the only way to get it to work again is to restart the box, and won’t even fix if I just close MOL.

    If you havent tried...

You can also try to delete in mytvonline the portal.

    Then delete cache from mol.

    Then delele mol

    Restart.

Install mol from market and also install "audio optimizer".

Run audio optimer and push load.

And setup also mytvonline with your portal anc check again

  • Not got around to trying this, but wouldn’t this be the same as when I did a factory reset from the menu, as that didn’t fix the issue?
