Today i had a 401 error,unable to open stream and just before my VPN turned off and i had to log in again (NORDvpn)

The error was on all channels and when going to Homepage i was unable to start mol2.

I contacted my Provider and they reset my line (XC),and everyting worked again,they suggested it was a ISP glitch.

I dont think it is in any way related to the update,but nevertheless worth mentioning

Up dated Z10 now VPN Proton says update the app with a screen to update but it locks up have to reboot to get it to start also Google click on app nothing happens ?

VPN Proton seems to install fine on my end. If you are referring to the Google Chrome app, it is working fine as well.

Please check to see if your device is connected to a stable network.

My Z10 is hard wire and I have 3 services it happens on all three, at this moment I have down loaded Nord VPN it is just the same it is stuck in Please wait plans are loading, I will have to reboot to get back all other apps are working but not Google just click on it and nothing happens.

Did you download nordvpn from original website? Try it. And put it on usb

I updated yesterday and since then I am having problems with both the TV Series and the VOD.

With the TV Series the episodes in a lot of the series are showing up as Null.

With the VOD I am getting the message Failed to load the VOD data for a lot of the videos.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems ?

I use NORDvpn for over 1.5 yr,before i used Surfshark,both are excellent paid vpn,but the service in case of problems is excellent with NORD!

I have a Z10 Pro Max and has always worked like a charm. Updated yesterday and noticed today when watching tv and pressing "Update" the picture freezes while the channel list loads. Never been like this before, channel in the background has always continued while the menu window and loading icon visible. But now the picture and sound freezes while updating is working.

Anyone else experience this?

Have you tried testing if other streaming apps have the same issue?

The fact that the problem exists on different streaming apps would suggest that the problem has nothing to do with the MOL2 10.10.59 update.

Could the problem be associated with the Firmware 10.10.52 update ?

Hello, Close Captioning subtitles are still not working on all 4 Hollywood Suite Channels. It’s been like this ever since the previous firmware updates.

Update Google app still not working Nord VPN is working very well, this is the strange thing after the last update to Z10 pro max it ran for approx. one hour then every thing went blank went in to change my Proton VPN server it would not work so went to Google app to get Nord VPN would not work it seemed that I had been hit with a ECM ? lucky the Nord apk you gave me save the day, I do think any thing wrong was with the Formuler update at this time all is working fine except the Google app.

You say google app, so i think you mean not the playstore. Okay. Try these steps.

Maby you can try first delete cache from google app and the remove updates, so you have the "standard older version".

Restart device.

then try to update the google app via playstore again.

It updates itself automatic to newestversion or you do it yourself manually. If problem begin after update.

Turn off automatic updates and update apps manually for some time.

My Z10 had been working without issues until after installing this update a couple of days ago. After either restarting or waking up from standby mode the sound is gone from every application. I noticed that it's an issue with the connection to my Hi sense Roku tv, but not the tv itself. If a restart several times both the tv and the Formuler the sounds eventually comes back, sometimes is one try, sometimes it takes several tries. I know that the TV is not the issue as it works just fine with any other devices connected and changing de HDMI port makes no difference, furthermore when this is happening if a use an app directly from the TV it does work.

Since I updated my Z10 Pro, I cannot use the still/fwd/rwd/play fonction while playing tv channels on Mytv Online2.

These commands work ok if playing VOD and movies 🎥

Is there a way around this problem?

Check your time shift setting. Maybe it got turned off? I'm guessing. Those features still work on my z10 and z10 pro

connect your USB to a PC and reformat it as NTFS and try again.

Formatting the USB will erase all the contents of the USB.
