I have a Z11 PRO MAX, but it's locked to a provider. It doesn't let me add any other source.
Already tried factory reset, but it remains with the same issue.
Any thoughts?

Go to home menu -> cogwheel, system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.
If its done, let us know.
