1st Official Post

    I'm new at this. I'm having problem with my Z11 pro max and MyTvOnline3.

    I get two different messages on certain channels ''Please try again later. An error occurred : ParserException''and ''Please try again later. An error occurred : UnrecognizedInputFormatException''

    Also a lot of my channel in my EPG with ''No Information''

    I tried to read all the threads to see if I could find an answer to the problems The only thing I found was to delete the app MyTvOnline3 and re-install it, wich I did, but it didn't fix the problems and since I re-installed it the tvseries and the vod play in french even if everything is set to english

    I did a Reset factory but nothing changed

    Could you help me

    Hello Lath,

    which connection are you using with your Provider (XC Api, Stalker MAC/ID or M3U Playlist)?

    Do you have also possibility to test other Provider, like trial 24h and compare if same happens? Because so much issues at once, point to Provider sub.

    Using XC Api with an ID and PW and about the provider I have two other boxes Z11 Pro and MyTvOnline3 with each a different code of course and everything is fine other thand the ''no information'' on certain channel. All the rest is A1.
