Ok so I’m finding that time to time my audio goes out of sync by say 1-2 seconds. This seems to occur when there’s been a commercial break, or definitely happens then, can be fixed by a quick channel change and it goes back into sync. I have tried the same service on my Firestick with Tivimate and it doesn’t occur, so I’m thinking it’s a MOL issue? Anyone else experienced this or any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Yes done that already, doesn’t make any difference

In Player options, is Live Auto Frame Rate (AFR) toggled on or off?
Try changing the setting and see if it makes any difference.

Have you tried using an external player like MX or VLC?

Yes I’ve tried that and it doesn’t make any difference.

No I haven’t but will have a look at that. Which is the best to use? I’ve got to say I’ve had a Z8 previously, but never experienced this before.

Just realised that this isn’t actually a thing as the external player option is for VOD and the problem I have is live tv

I have encountered this on occasion, but rare. Sometimes I believe it's the service it's coming from causing the problem, but just a guess. Since I have more than one service many times changing to the other one will cure the problem which also says to me it's stemming from their end. MOL3 uses VLC as it's internal player, so if your going to try another external player to see if it does any good, try EXO player, MX pro or another one to see what happens.

Sorry but not exactly correct, Mol3 use Exoplayer not VLC.

Yes this makes sense as I tried another service and it doesn’t happen. But what is strange is that the service that glitches on MOL3 doesn’t on Tivimate so makes me think it’s the player. How do you actually change the MOL3 player?

Is this still happening and if not what was the solution?
