z11 prox max : mytvonline3 crash on searching tv channel

hello,

this problem occurs since today : when searching channel tv, mytvonline3 crashed several times after about 20 seconds

I even reboot the box.

i cleanup the search history, the search worked twice and them, start crashing again every attempt

the latest firmware is installed

is it due to the list of chanell (tobig) of providers ? do I have to disable some ?

Never had it.

But try first to delete cache from mytvonline3 and restart box!

Test again.

if that doenst help...

try make photo of your favorites.

Delete mytvonline3.

Restart box!

Install from market mytvonline3 and set it up and try again my friend.

Hi

First take a backup of MOL3, after reinstalling MOL3 you can restore the MOL3 settings and favourites.

I've had this crash too, not sure if it was coincidence, but it was mostly when the EPG of a provider was updating.

I have had this problem since I bought the Z 11 Pro Max, voice search on MOL3 and any other app installed on the Z 11. I click on the microphone and the box crashes, every time. Have to unplug to reboot. A real pain in the A$$.

Deinstall all google updates (app settings) in Android Settings, update again and see if it works then.
