I made (about last summer) several posts with my findings & results. 1 Box is still relatively unstable, while my now 'main' box is more stable.
Main box: 5 providers active, total live tv ca 125k (47k on 1 provider), total vods ca 150k (51k on 1 provider), total series ca 35k (10k on 1 provider). On vods and series countries are limited provider side to only the countries and languages I need.

I have the same issue for a few weeks now, VOD and Series buttons are missing. After manual sync all is good. Also sometimes Live TV is not working either, the provider lists are there but there are no channels.

Should be fixed with next update. No date yet, devs. are busy with many Boxes.
The EPG guide continues not to work despite setting the EPG update to 3 hours. It works in single channel but not in guide. Is there any chance this will get fixed? Thx
Got similar issues with my F11, try this,In Mytv Go to Menu, Content, Data Sync, Data Epg, Erase and Update, Go back to your Guide and check if you have information

Afr on? Turn it off for tv channels only.
Try free trial if you have the same problem. Maby bad provider or to less servers. Can be anything
Are you using ethernet cable? If not, please use ethernet cable. Also 3 minutes is not nice. Way too long my friend.

Hello and thank you for your help, but looking through the 5 pages of this thread, I see that I often have the same problems. Regarding your replies, I have of course tried other servers and providers, and even spent days testing, but it's the same. Watching a football match is a feat without being spoiled. As for AFR, it's identical whether it's on or off. I tested it, and I would say it's slightly better when it's on, with less panning. I'm properly connected via Ethernet, fiber optic, 980 Mbps upload and 880 Mbps download, as tested on Analytics.

Try a vpn please. Maby your isp slow downs illegal streams.
Please check if surfshark or expressvpn has a free trail. Install it and connected to french country with vpn and try again. If can't connect anymore due vpn, then tell your iptv provider that you use a vpn.
If vpn solves problem i advice nordvpn.

As during my test trial they set country to Belgium and it failed to connect,after they corrected this it connected just fine

I'm sorry I didn't explain myself well. I don't want the channels to be completely smooth; I don't want any buffering or black screens. Regarding the static issue, I found another solution: I added a static HDCP lease from my router, with an IP address outside the 1.168.1.200 range. I assigned it 1.168.1.204 and the MAC address.
I downloaded the NordVPN trial version to get the correct settings you recommended, but the image is still not smooth.
The translation is very poor, the channels lack fluidity, and I don't experience any video interruptions.
I found my problem; it wasn't the VPN, DNS, or anything like that. It was just my TV. I set it to 4K 50Hz, and that fixed it. Now AFR is off for both TV and VOD is on. Thank you so much for your help. One quick question, off-topic: is it worth upgrading to the Z12 Ultra if you already have the Z11 Pro?

Normally the range goes to max 255.
Do you have internet on your box? Tested a channel or movie? Then its fine.
If no internet. Then i should click on dhcp. (Cause then router brand or isp set it to max 200.)
Then your box get an ip from router.
Notice that ip.
Than made static ip. And ofcourse first ip is box ip you notice from the dhcp.

Hello, I reset my device because it was becoming increasingly unstable. I thought that would fix things. I felt that since the last MyTVOnline 3 update, there were a lot of problems and crashes, and I had the opportunity to try TiviMate on the Formuler. I'm sorry to say this because I love this device and MyTVOnline 3, but I have to admit that TiviMate is much smoother. My question is, when will there finally be an update that lightens MyTVOnline 3? Because clearly there's a problem, and it's not an application issue since I've already done a hard reset of the device. The application should be the strength of this device, but when you try other applications that work well, you realize that this isn't normal for a device at this price.
And this isn't criticism just to say something bad, it's frustration.

Still error on Vod or TV shows
Test on 2 server same error
Update test with another apps and works perfectly then is not error on provider side but completely formuler problems

I was experiencing the same issue with MyTVOnline 3 on Formulier Z11 Pro Max BT1 edition.
I tried everything to solve the issue I had with the app crashing each time it started to refresh the content.
No matter what I try, the APP kept crashing and auto-restarting.
Then, as a test, I asked the man where I got my portal subscription from to delete as many groups/providers from the list.
He did that, and the APP started to work magically with 0 issues, as nothing had happened before.
@Formulier developers.
My conclusion is:
The Formulier hardware, in this case, the Z11 PM BT1 edition (CPU/memory), is limited to load up a certain content size. Once it exceeds the preset limit, the APP starts to crash, causing it to restart before refreshing/loading the required content.
In some cases, when the APP refresh/load succeeds, the content starts to load correctly, but when the load on the RAM/CPU peaks, the APP starts to show the issues again and fails.
Possible solution:
Fine-tweak the content refresh limit size to set it to the max the hardware (CPU/RAM) allows. This will lead to a crash-free APP that can start, load up, and keep working and dealing with a large number of providers without showing any issues or strange behavior, not before nor after the startup process.
With that being said, I hope that I could help those who experienced the same issues as mine, and hopefully, my proposed solution above could work for them as well.

It's simply not right that we have to install Tvimate just to get a smooth interface. I understand that the developers have been working on an update for almost a year, but it's still unacceptable. Also installed Tivimate.
One of the reasons was how easy it was to record from the EPG of the current channel.
Previously you could put the Z12 in Stand By.
Now I hope that when the BIG update comes it really is a big change.
