Hi, im trying to install the Beta on formuler Z12 ultra i am getting the message No Beta update Available. I am stuck on Mol3. What should i do to update to Beta. I have tried the 1339 and i am getting No Beta update Available. Please help.

When playing live tv and hitting the home button, the audio continues playing. I have to go into the app and force stop to end the audio. Live tv is my start app.
To me it's annoying too if you change from live to for example Home, the sound of live continues.
Could you let me know if you are using a soundbar? If you are, please try to disconnect it and see if the issue occurs even without the soundbar connected.
Also, please let me know if you are referring to the launcher home screen or the MYTVOnline 4 home screen.

I have 3 subs from different providers. All EPGs are set to "Alternate". Neither one is showing a date for "Refresh EPG Data". I performed the "Clear and Update EPG All" function. Waited a considerable amount of time, but EPG never repopulated. I did a force stop and clear cache of MTOL4, followed by a reboot of Z12. EPG did repopulate after this, but still no date for "Refresh EPG Data".

Same here,also no date for epg refresh,but i dont mind as long as i have 5 days guide epg ahead,on XC connection and enough data back to use catchup/replay feature.

I can't say that I mind either. I just wanted to report in case they wanted to fine tune things.

Wait for the automatic update settings time in mol3/mol4.
When the time was past next day at 1600 hours it worked at my side.
But you need auto update settings setup in mol as scheduled refresh and then wait till next day.
That worked out for me🤷🏻♂️

Which time did you have setup the refresh? Check 1 hour after that time.

I have now happening to me that when single view epg says"no epg data" that trying to do catcup/replay via epg guide does not work.
Did anyone else have the same experience and what is causing it?

I have the Beta version of the Z12 Ultra. I had all my settings and rows set up. Today when I got home and logged in all my settings where gone. Did they do an update or have a problem with the program? I was able to reset everything without any problems. This is the first glitch I have seen since installing the Beta version!

Is your user profile still active? Or did it go back to default profile?
You can check by seeing if the profile name and icon are changed back to default.

Since updating my z12 ultra to mytvonline beta 4, when watching catch-up channels and using RW or FF the program takes ages to resume playing, it wasn't like it on mytvonline 3 before updating 😔

Beta's contains always bugs. Wait always for final version. Best in your case.

Possible bugreport,
When wachting a serie, i'am watching Season 2 episode 5, in the middle of the episode i stop to go to sleep, turn the box off .(not standby) resume next day, normally it pick up where i left, now it pick up at Season 1 episode 5 in the middle.. select Season 2 enter episode 5 and it pick up where i left yesterday... this happens already a few times, worth to mention anyway.

Disconnected the soundbar and the live tv audio persists when pressing the launcher home screen but stops when pressing the MYTVO home screen. This issue actually occurs regardless if the soundbar is connected or not.

I think I'm going mad as I cannot find how to add favourites and organise them like I could in mol3 where you could do it all from content manager.
I've just had to use a new URL which deletes previously saved favourites, pinned and folders.
I can only find how to do them one at a time from the guide.
Am I missing something as I've been through all settings multiple times.

When watching channel.
Press once ok button.
Press to the left, and press again to left. You see now providers etc.
Go to the 3 dots upper left corner
Click on it and refresh.
For vod or series almost the same steps. Go first to vod.
Then the steps.
P.s: hope in future the refresh button will come back in main menu. And that it refresh all. So all channels, epg, vod and series together in one)

Before I upgrade, I’d like to know if it’s still possible to download subtitles from OpenSubtitles in the new version?.Could you please make it possible to add an extra link for the EPG on the portal? That’s what I’m missing on mytvonline, and I’d also like to be able to reorder the channels .
I want to ask you about the EPG link on the portal.
Are you requesting to use the server provided EPG + external EPG both at the same time?
Or are you requesting to add an external EPG to overwrite the server provided EPG.
Please let me know.
