Do you get sound and only black screen?
Try to press and hold resolution button and see if it gets fixed.

TV Series are also missing! Are you using MAC/ID or XC Api?
Did you made any changes in: Connections -> your connected portal -> edit -> edit groups?
Alternatively you should also check in Providers Dashboard if something in Bouquet list is unchecked or ask provider directly.

Ok the issue is on multiple devices i have here the Z8, it was working but when i shutdown the power and restarted now no live tv anymore. I only see vod refresh does not do anything, if i add it to smarters it works.
Also on app xciptv it works, with portal url and username and password.. it has nothing to do with our servers we did not change anything other devices work with no issue strange issue
11:35 other user updated device now also not working

Some with update some did not do update, and some work without a problem thanks .. i wil do that but response time is zero

If you missing F8 LiveTV after software update:
1. Remove power from the device.
2. Re-insert power WHILE simultaneously rapidly pressing the red button on the remote control.
3. The front status light will start to blink red and green.
4. Stop pressing the red button.
5. Press 1 on the remote and wait for the reset procedure to complete.

Yesterday's Result:
that works we are a step ahead, i see now live tv and all channels and vod en EPG loads. Only still black screen i tried different accounts the same result, on my phone it works with those accounts.
Today result: updated a Z8 and a ZX 5G: still same result live tv is available epg but black screen

This could also be internet provider blocking traffic or a VPN issue.

I have also een oder account and provider and this works only the new provider dount work any moor wiht the new update

But m3u works and on the phone (wifi) it works and aso tested on 4g and also at a few clients i do not works. also subscription of other provider does not work, and also with use of vpn does not work.

Hello , after the last MOL2 update from 8.1.2020 Live TV is complete missing. MY PORTAL is connected but I cannot see any channels. VOD also dont work ....cannot find file.
MY Provider is working fine with IPTV Extreme pro or other....no problems.
Ok. I do not using MOL2 with Portal and open my list in MOL2 with m3u....its working.

Yesterday, 14.1.2020 , I can see a new update and after this update Live Tv and Channels are all ready in list but no stream is working....no sound, no picture with portal. ALL CHANNELS IN LIST BUT NO STREAMS OPEN. VODs complete list but no stream can start .
WITH Z7 AND THE OLD MOL I NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS!
Last Update is NOT WORKING WITH the Portal !!!

M3U IS WORKING...OTHER .... LIKE EXTREME PRO... IS ALSO WORKING FINE WITH MY PORTAL AND MY PROVIDER!
What can I do ??? WAITING FOR NEXT UPDATE AND HOPE?

NOW MOL 2 IS WORKING WITH THE M3U LIST with some little sound problems but I can see TV Channels.

Im using m3u in MOL2 since one week and hope again... for a working Upgrade Update.
MY PORTAL is down (black screen incl. epg and channel infos) WITH MOL2...only my m3u list is working now with new software!

- Unplug your modem and wait for 5 minutes. Plug the modem back in and wait for it to boot up. When the modem booting is complete, try to connect to your service again
- Temporarily connect your Z8's wifi to your mobile phone's wifi hotspot and try to connect to the service again
- Install a VPN on your device and connect to a VPN server that is located in your country and try to connect to the service again.
- Ask your provider to allow you to connect via MAC/Stalker protocol and try again
- Connect to your service using the m3u URL

It is not strange, we know very well it was provider changed settings cause for this behavior! Now he changed back and it works again....
