I am using an url wth ten epg embedded, it has EPG link automatically. It is not working, no epg. Anyone can help with this.

Have you selected the clear epg tab to see if it then refreshes?
On any channel, press menu button on the remote and then go to settings and clear epg
If it does not, have you checked with your provider to ensure it’s ok their side?

How are you connected to the Z8...
MAC or XC API / Portal?
Although I’m personally not aware of any issues with epg no showing either way.
I guess you could try this to see if it makes a difference...
On any channel, press menu button on the RCU then go down to connections
Select your connection and then edit
Change epg mode to UTC

You want to use EPG through m3u url but MOL2 need extra url for EPG in playlist.
1. If your url is same like in this example -> "http://provider.com/get.php?userna…_plus&output=ts"
2. Create new epg url like this -> "http://provider.com/xmltv.php?username=11111&password=22222"
3. Insert the extra epg url under "Playlist XML TV EPG URL (optional). Connect and the EPG will work.

After reading a lot of threads on this forum I manage to get the EPG.
Now I am connected by portal. Very good explained bij the the thread: How to convert long m3u to xc api portal.

You use the URL and Username and Password from your m3u link.
