  • Hello to everybody,switched one week ago from the zx to the z10 pro because it actually has the best hardware,previously had sometimes problems with loss of internet connection,now with the z10 pro everything works great and no soundproblem. JUST ON THING : on many channels PICTURE IS SHUTTERING! wich is really annoying.....you can´t watch TV like this....hope this is a software problem and will be fixed soon,because the box is really great in my opinion,just this issue.....i noticed that some other people have this problem to,so hopefully it will be fixed soon....because your support normally is really great and thanks for it....

  • Any idea when I will hear about this issue? I posted the info you requested. Can't be 100% positive but it seems to be getting worse and now the screen is pixelating on some shows that didn't have this issue before. I don't have connectivity or speed issues to cause this, so not sure if it's related.

    Hello all...

    I purchased the new Z10 Pro Max couple of days ago to replace my Z7+.

    The Z10 has the latest firmware but the remote control from my Samsung tv (a 2021 model with the smart control BN59-01311B) can't make changes on the box but the light from the box blink everytime I touch the tv remote control.

    All was working good with my Z7+, I only used my Samsung smart control to control my Z7+.

    Do you have the same problems, would you have a solution ?

    Turn AFR off in settings of mytvonline2.

    I have a similar issue on the z10 pro. New out of the box the screen would randomly go black for a few second. Apps or video doesn't need to be open or playing. I tried every setting twice, new HDMI cables (twice), direct to TV, nothing works. I'm usually connected to the Sony sound bar (more HDMI ports) then to TV, passthrough is enable for 4K. TV is a few months new also. The z8 had zero issues with the original HDMI cables, configuration or the TV, and I watch a ton of 4K. Exchanged the box for a new one, same thing. I have reported this to Formuler support (email), and was denied any support or investigation other than told to report it to the seller. I have sent logs in from the "Report A Problem" also. I'm at a loss. I do not have another TV to test this, and can't go to a friends since it's random, sometimes a day without issue or sometimes an hour, or 3 or 12. Audio is fine if I'm watching a video, still plays while the screen is black.

    I thought an update would be soon to correct the issues above. My window for return is closing and I need to know if this going to be resolved or not. I do not want to be stuck with this thing if it's not going to work properly. Tell me something. I retired my z8 because of the network connectivity issues for 2 1/2 years, and went through the same thing trying to get that resolved, and before I knew it there was no return and Formuler didn't fix nothing. Sad we pay these big dollars and get ignored when there's a problem. My return window is closed in a week according to the seller.

    Before this purchase (Z10 Pro Max) I had another unit / maker and never had this issue.

    Assume that this is the device itself has a defect, you might need to contact the reseller or dealer to repair it.

    Change your HDMI Cable from the box and connect with other tv port.

    If issue still exist after this, then ask your seller for replace.

    Did firmware upgrade, tested, no change. I mean, I can see TV channels, scroll a bit, on certain channels, then this pixelation happens. Sometimes box crashes and reboots, sometimes screen goes black, led remains white and responding on remote but nothing to be seen, sometimes you can go to next channel and get the same scramble.

    Did cable change, no difference.

    Did TV hdmi port change, no difference.

    Did clean TV and cable plug with cleaner spray, no difference.

    I don't think its a hardware issue, as I can play on youtube all day long, or anything else on the box.

    Then I tried another IPTV app, from the same provided, and yes, no problems.

    I moved back to Smart IPTV, removed Favorites, then I can scroll no problem through all TV channels.

    So I am thinking there is a compatibility issue in the app somehow. I think I will ask the maker if he has some options to look into.

  • hello friends, the iptv broadcasts I watch on the tv player are very good, there is no flicker and pause, but when I watch it with the Z10 pro Max, there is a constant flicker on the screen, especially in the live broadcast matches, but the duplex play, the player of the same broadcast television, is also without problems.     My z10 pro does the same.
