BETA Software Update for Formuler Z10 Series devices - 10.10.21 Beta

It sure looks like the Z10 Pro Max was released to market in a hurry.

Several features, like backup, were not even implemented, other features have proven to be poorly implemented/tested.

Why? Formuler is bringing too many different products on too many different platforms to the market simultaneously with a too small team of staff (developers, test, quality assurance, etc.) and poor processes if you ask me.

Maybe they are scrambling for money to keep the operation running, and therefore need the cashflow, hence bring products to market asap or rather as soon as is inappropriate.

But this is just my speculative opinion.

Upgraded to the beta.

I can confirm the audio delay, also can confirm that audio selection of dts or dd isn't still selectable.

I've found a new bug.. I've inserted a micro SD card for recording etc. With my z7, z8, z8pro and gtv I could rewind a program I was currently watching. With the z10 pro max it just freezes!? I'm using ntfs and it's the fastest Evo micro SD there is available... It's annoying and since this should be your flagship, prioritize it first!

Next to that when you start a catchup program that's still running and skip to the end (because you missed something) , it freezes or an error pops up that the video can't be played.

SAM blue_eyes isn't attacking you personally he's just disappointed about the strategy. You saw that I've bought most of your devices but there's a clear difference on how fixes came in the past and they're implemented these days

.. Its been ages before the new official release... And again this is your current flagship we're talking about. It has similar hardware as the shield but is performimg way worse. This is feedback, you should take it back to your manager or head developer

It's double the cost of an Alpha, but performs worse and has less features..

They really should concentrate to fix major problems on their flagship that cost alot, before doing anything else.

You know that if you watch 2 channels at one time, like in pip. You load the provider with 2 diff connections. So if it works with Tivimate, you are abusing your provider doing it as you double the load on their servers.

Will the audio sync be fixed on the official upgrade.

i am really disappointed with the z10 pro max. The quality and fluidity are very poor on sports channels. I'm trying the same channel with duplex app I have no problem.

for the moment. i prefer to use duplex iptv. it's really frustrating knowing the price of the device

Have you tried installing a app, like duplex for example, on the Z10? Try to use that instead of MOL2, just to test if the problems are in the box or just the MOL2 app?

If these channels are using H.265 compression, see if they are also available in H.264 compression and try that one. The Z10 Pro Max does not handle H.265 well.

I have installed tivimate and amazon prime, I have a subscription and this flickering image continues on them.

Screen went blank on a Sunday while watching football. FML!
