The Sreenshot function does not save the picture of the current program, only the OSD itself...

add to Recovery mode backup and restore from backup...

and also, add a weather widget as implemented in the Formuler 4K S series.

Have now reset my Z10 Pro max again, restarted the router and made all the necessary settings but still have the same problem.

I must admit that I am disappointed that after several months after buying my Z 10 Pro Max does not have a good product, which I expect when shopping. What is the manufacturer's responsibility? How long should we make accounting updates to make the product work as it should at the time of purchase?

hello, update done on my formuler z10 pro max

I am still having audio getting more and more delayed with video vod. The more I watch a vod, the more the delay increase.

In mytvonline2.. with 23,97 fps h264 video and audio is dd, stereo .

Device settings 1080p 24hz ( 4k on his way )

I am still running into issues when I go to an app then come back and open MOL2 and parts of my channel list are just gone. A quick restart and open back up and all channels appear again. XC API is what I’m using for connection. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but it’s definitely strange. Any tips or passing along of issue to developers would be appreciated. Thanks!

Already tried both. No issue with z8, only with z10 pro max. If I go back 10 sec then it is in sync but desync more and more over time

Have you tried Audio Optimiser?

Download from Market app, run it, reboot

Try VOD

See if that helps

With the new update I don’t have any issues previously reported. MyTV2 works well, no more freezing, smooth channel browsing.

So far, excellent!

Video and sound jitter-microfreezing on all the HD channels or 4k 😞 on the Mytvonline2 on the z10proplus ,is doing that on the VOD too ,I have to use other players to be watchable 😞

The same problem here on the Mytvonline2,if is passing 25fps on any HD or FHD the micro freezing jidder etc , this in on the z10proplus, why we don't have the option to change player on the live channels?

After update, live TV has continious stuttering video on ALL channels, completely unwatchable. Going to factory reset (yet again.....)

Nope exactly the same, its the update that screwed it it was working fine. Its like watching live TV on 3 fps or something its unwatcahble. AFR on/off doesnt matter at all

I guess you have the same z10 pro max?because it happen on mine but in my other z10pro I don't have the problem, So who has the Z10PRO Max will have this problem

So I advised you use Tivimate or XCiptv player since Mytvonline2 they screw it up with this new update, you will find both in the aptoide app , tivimate is almost the same like Mytvonline2 but better, but you have to register and pay anualy for that(is worth it) the other one XCiptv player is free but doesn't have many options like Tivimate.

Indeed, i tried IP Smarters for the Market, that runs ''fine'' (i dont like the app itself, its quality is bad) but at least it works

Edit: i actually purchased the z10promax also for the mytvonline app, i loved it when using it at a friend's box, dont these updates get tested??

My box won't boot anymore after update. It got stuck when formuler comes up. Restart didn't help.

no, no loss of image in fhd and 4k, everything is fine, and yet before this update I had a lot of worries

Thing is if you have a lot of other apps installed or sideloaded its a lot more than a 2 min job downloading and reinstalling everything

Than for sure you have the z10pro not the pro max ,because I have both models and this problem is with the pro max.

I have my Z10 Pro Max for a few days but there is something wrong with the software.

Unable to open stream server error: http 403.

A lot of times.

I used last week the Z8 Pro and had no problems with any stream.

So hopefully they come with a good software update.
